You won't get many kills yourself, but you save the asses of your mates with surge or make kills possible that else ran off and in general do tons of damage with your shell... Let alone turning a game around due to one nice Vac/Wall combo. It's not that you crush pubs with him, but your team can do more mistakes because surge and vac can save their asses. +You can lane him basically everywhere... Jungle, Offlane, Mid (DS vs TA is so fun). Most hilarious thing is when you "random" him.. Soulring to start off (or stout + nearly soulring)? Have fun laning against that one ^^. | ||

Still though, sometimes I find it easier to just 1v1 in some sc2 than deal with some asshole "teammate" in dota 2. If you see someone doing something wrong, grow the fuck up and help them out, rather than berate them and rage. I don't really agree. I usually let it slip if someone does something stupid once or twice (might give them a friendly advice). But if someone keeps doing the same thing over and over after i told them it's dumb, I will let them hear it since being nice obviously doesn't help. Some people just don't seem to understand unless you rage at them (unfortunatly sometimes they still don't get it). On the other hand, I will be the first to tell them if they do something good. People just get what they deserve | ||

You're dealing more damage than a poison nova this way? Seer needs soul ring, mana boots and some sort of mana regen, everything else is luxury and situational. Considering in this game a freaking Spectre managed to get farmed I'd say Radi is not that bad of an option.  | ||

Radiance is primarily and foremost used as a farming item, something Dark seer doesn't need since he already has ion shell. That gold could've been a lot more useful and efficient being used for a pipe/shivas/refresher/aghanims/sheepstick/etc. You could say 'it doesn't matter I got that item anyway since the game was long enough', but you could also say 'instead of spending that gold on radiance, I could've got a pipe and used that to win the midgame teamfights to be much stronger'. | ||

He even Ion Shelled me to get more of my farm, said that I shouldn't jungle, but rather stay in the solo lane, that he fucked up with his single pulls, where a Drow-aura-enhanced-Mirana was waiting for me. If you try to help someone with some "friendly advice" and they refuse the help, then go for it, be a dick all you want if it helps them learn. Most people start with being a dick up front, with no intent of helping someone, and those people can go fuck themselves. Also reading some other posts, it looks like the matchmaking is garbage in this game? As a new player, I expect to play against other new players. Is that not what's happening? Every now and then you get someone who acts like they're the fucking best player out there and tends to fit the persona that I ranted about before. Why aren't they playing with other amazing players if they're soooo amazing? Why are they playing with me, the newbie? | ||
