I'm on a 6 game losing streak right now. The most frustrating one was when I was playing with spectre. Had ring of health, treads, poor man's shield, and hatchet at 10 minutes. The AA on our team is AFK the entire game. Only leaving the fountain to ult and try not to get the abandonment, which he did. We have to play 4v5 the entire game, and we're getting owned pretty hard because the other team is playing 5 man dota, but we still have a chance to win. The CK on our team who had 7 wins and never had played CK before decides to just leave when we still have a chance of winning.
Most frustrating part is how the ONE game I finally get a good start as a carry my own fucking team throws it.

I think it'd be better to incentivize people for playing with others of their same language. Making people take a test every time they want to queue seems a bit excessive, but unless it's something dynamic the Russians are just going to game it anyway.
I think the best option would be to give non-english speaking languages as bonus to item drops, or battle points, or something so they're more likely to queue for their own language. No english speaker is going to queue for a russian game if it means +5% battle points.

I don't think matchmaking should be about enforcing boundaries, valve could mitigate language barriers and incentivize comunnication as well as local queueing. The suggested methods seem crude and silly to me. Regardless I think valve have other priorities to attend to.

i hate radiance builds on anybody besides lone druid, the burn is so good on the bear cause it cant push other lanes without it.
Mjollnir naix isnt that common of a rush, and it isnt bad at all if you are fed early. Mjollnir/basher is fucking nasty.
And that dk build is good if the dk is playing the 2-3 role and being your tank for someone like a drow or sniper. The thing i dislike most about dk, he just isnt that amazing of a pub stomp carry and needs alot of items/levels to have enough dps to outperform alot of the commonly picked carries.

Me (very high) queue with friend (normal) common scenario which causes many rage. Friend picks mid hero first few seconds, and the rest of the team randoms or picks other carries. I have to support a bunch of noobs who get shit on playing against better people. I don't want to tell my friend to play support because he's not good enough otherwise, so I keep doing this to myself and I'm hitting a tipping point.

picks tiny -> goes long lane bot radiant with a darkseer -> I rape drow mid with huskar, FB + 1 kill on top on wisp + twice gank kill on bottom -> tiny actually farmed 0, dark seer never remembers to use wall, tiny cant throw or stun for shit -> tiny + ds duo get incredibly pissed and start yelling at everyone because they feed-> tiny actually is embarassed i think and stops talking -> DS yells at us all to go mid, and within 5 seconds charges into 4 people and dies -> teamfight breaks out that we could have won but ds too busy typing to use any abillities

I tried asking them politely why they join EU-West while it is pretty obvious that most people won't be able to understand them: "You don't need to understand", "What's your problem man? *Russian rambling* ", "shut fuck up" and a whole bunch of Russian insults.
