There is some argument to getting it at 3 or 4 because the attack speed and move speed can equate to 2 extra aa's, which is more than the 80 dmg increase in leveling either one of her spells. I've done some maffcrafting on her before, and the math came out very close on levelling all 3 of her skills (within 30 damage on the combo). Some people level the dragon because it almost never misses while others level the stun because its more likely to be cast, even when running away. I like a level of fiery soul early because it can make her ganks terrifying. | ||

She is pretty situational a lot like her sister. When I play her which has not been in a while I usually put 1 in stun 1 in fiery soul and 1 in dragon slave then I usually just keep leveling dragon slave. The stun duration does not increase as you level it but the mana cost keeps going up (and you use it a ton). I think I usually level fiery soul before I start leveling the stun again as well. The movement speed/atk speed and massive amount of dmg you are already doing with the ult and dragon slave is pretty amazing. | ||

I go for wisp to support Riki at Dire top lane. All goes (exceptionally) well, riki gets 3 kills including a double kill and I get one. Then our solo mid leshrac says he has some urgent errands to do, and goes afk for ~10 minutes (no exaggeration) leaving the lane wide open for sf to farm his travels+shadow blade. We still lead in teamkills by about 10 kills due to an excellently played axe and the fat riki. Skeleton king stays farming in the jungle, and then comes out to rosh. Then the skeleton king, after taking aegis, decides it would be cool to go for a rambo rush to destroy mid tower when we're scrambling to defend top against sf (our lanes got pushed in thanks to the lack of leshrac) and die to a phantom lancer, who farmed well thanks to us being incapable of covering all lanes (sf with travels is seriously horrifying). Leshrac reconnects, but even then hope is lost; with all the bonus farming time they got with our afk leshrac, they have a fat naix, a fat sf, and a fat phantom lancer, along with a tiny and an alchemist (lane enemies for me and riki, they were the most underlevelled) do contribute stuns. We get pushed from every angle, and lose. When I ask skeleton king: what were you thinking when you charged solo into the enemy base? The reply was "I was texting :D" Then, just my luck, the enemies decide its a great time to start BMing us for losing our lead. When things like this happen, what can you do except curse your luck for getting such teammates? | ||

A million times this! Last game, they opposition had a drow picker, who thankfully was not very good, and after 20ish minutes, we were up 20 kills, 25k XP and 12k Gold. Could we finish them off? No. We push mid and lose our bottom rax to the creep wave. We push bot and lose top lane to the creep wave. Eventually we won, but it took 35 minutes longer (55 in total) with a huge advantage to cross the line. It felt like a marathon. | ||

Yesterday: I random Viper against random Drow + Pudge mid. After ~5 minutes Pudge goes off roaming so it's 1on1 with me having a big headstart (Pudge goes on a 11-0 rampage because sideliners were pure trash and 0 wards were placed, he won the game, not drow).. But back on drow: I have more CS. I have better Items. I kill her when she's lvl 5 because she's dumb.. Or just knows that she is Drow and therefore can do whatever the fuck she wants and will end up stronger than any other hero anyway.. I am 3 (or almost 3) levels ahead. She gets lvl 6... She is now stronger than me and can kill me in 6-7 Hits, which is way faster before my Ult/Autoattacks can kill her. The game Ends and Drow is 0/3/3 (I killed her 2-3 times) and still the second strongest hero on the enemy team... In early/midgame.. As a fucking hardcarry. Totally and utterly retarded hero design. | ||
