as i'm clearly the most egoistical player in the game for wanting to play 5v5 like how dota is meant to be played instead of the constant 4v5/4v6 from being shuffled to shrink's instant-captain teams in 99% of the games, i'll be stepping down from inhouses so that there's less ego, less flaming and more positive mental attitudes for everyone involved btw i couldn't care less if you're 1k or 10k mmr, learn to take a fucking hint and stop repeating the same mistakes over and over when you're being openly flamed by 3-4 people in the game | ||

you hit random until stancel is on one team and shrink is on another and then you hit start like youre making this sound much more complicated than it is but its okay clearly it was too difficult to figure out me and stancel r out anyway | ||

I know he was asked to not draft already and he didn't listen, but if it comes from staff and we make the consequences clear it should be more effective. | ||

A guy yesterday was sitting on the player slot and when the shuffle didnt pleased him he was moving to spectators indirectly blackmailing as to shuffle again as he wants.Thats unacceptable for me. The stuff did nothing to protect the principles of real TLIH.Emu was nonexistent, jinx hasnt got balls and shiaopi should be fired cuz he uncouraged this shitty situation. A gank of low intelligence people (p6,tuna,yamato,bluemoon,shiaopi) took over the ih they flame,they lick stancel all day,they act like they are the owners of the ih and if you dont do whatever they say you know ''you ruin the game''. Their rules are whatever my friends say and if you are friends with them you can arrange teams and behave like shit and its ok. The only thing i m interesting to play its the real TLIH and ofcourse i ll stop if the NAdota version preveils. | ||

Emu didn't see the brunt of it because I "defended the principles" of the IH, literally telling tuna to reign himself in instead of letting it continue. 1) Don't be that guy who locks into games always. If you've played three in a row and there's people who haven't had a turn, give a space to them. 2) Don't be that guy who instalocks captain. I would almost suggest everyone should be allowed a captain position at least once per inhouse. Rotate out captain position, else we end up with the same people doing it over and over and we end up with some issues where people who aren't very good drafters or communicators lead to problems. 3) Keep the flaming out of Discord. There's a time for some banter and jokes, and there's telling someone to "Go kill yourself" without a hint of friendliness. If you have problems, PM them or ask a TL staff member. 4) Remember, it's for fun, but if you're the only one having fun there's a problem. If your drafts aren't communicated well or done without consulting your team members what they want, you're going to end up with a Shrink problem. Please, please please ask your teammates what they want. | ||
