That is the Razor Deathadder, which is my mouse! It's really good for small hands and those who palm mouses. Look closely, it's not deathadder. Probably lachesis as someone mentionned because i've a deathadder and i don't have the 2 buttons behind the whell's thing.
Edit : Oh and don't buy Deathadder if you use palms... I keep clicking on them without intentions. So it's getting pretty annoying... :[ Basically : every optical razer/microsoft/logitech are good, also the ax7 seems to be great too, but i haven't tried it so it's up to you.

Rofl I just noticed that I don't have "Diamondback" written on it anymore. Kinda had the reflex to check if it was on the palm of my hand.

I used a krait, but then it died after 1 year... using a death adder now. :D

Of course it's all preference, I think that symmetry and lightness is the most important. I've had several "comfort" mice (Mx518 among them) and I really hated the shape. Now I'm using Logitech Op Mini, G3 is also good, Razer Krait looks good, but I've never used one.

Razer Deathadder too.

Razer krait is nice. It's small, which fits me nicely. The only bad (or imo good, because I hate things that get in the way) thing is that it doesn't have any extra buttons. That's good for StarCraft, but worse for browsing etc. However, I don't really care.
It's also cheaper than the average gaming mouse even though it has great drivers and same technical stuff as the other razers. It has gotten poor reviews by noobs who thinks it's bad because "what RTS gamer would want a small and light mouse without any extra buttons?". Stupid FPS players doing reviews!
