I switched from the DA to the Rat.7 and i prefer the rat so much more. I have it set up so it fits my hand perfectly and the clicks are a lot more tactile, so my micro has improved greatly. Thanks to everyone who posted opinions, leading me to buy this great mouse. | ||

Edit: I don't really feel comfortable using this mouse. Lol it is strucuted weird than deathadder or mx518 I own. Deathadder feels exactly right for me. I might return this mouse and order a Logitech g1. Anyone used deathadder and used g1 that can tell me how they feel different? | ||

I put all the weights on cause I'm used to a heavy mouse, so it doesn't really bother me...idk. So far the mouse feels really good, I like the tactile feel of the mouse buttons, the movement is very responsive (turned off acceleration in the menus) and I really like it so far. edit- with continued use, I've notice that I don't exactly like the scroll wheel click- it requires a bit too much force for my tastes. It's not that I don't like a clicky/firm scroll wheel, it's that the G9x seems to take it too far, so that I can't click it as fast or as easily as I want to sometimes. Might be something that I just have to get used to. | ||
