I'm in China for a few months so I'm playing on SEA and Asia for the first time.

I've had this problem before, but it was no where near as severe as now.


I can play campaign, co-op and even matchmaking matches just fine.

However, when I click on the arcade tab, NOTHING loads. This happened sometimes in Canada on the U.S. server, however it was fixed most of the time by forcefully closing agent.exe + b.net + Sc2 client processes through task manager and reloading the game.

Right now, nothing works including testing multiple internet connections, reinstalling SC2, trying different servers, etc. Arcade just refuses to load all together, the circle loading icons all eventually time out to "Unable to retrieve data for this game." after about 20 minutes of attempted loading.

I did a bing search (shudders, no VPN just yet), and couldn't find much, mostly just people with the same issue and no proposed solutions:
