I have posted in some forums with no solution

The progress always stops in the middle of the T. It happens on all servers and on every arcade map.

I tried reinstalling sc2, battle.net, flush dns and using a different internet connection. The game is installed on the hdd and I tried running it from the ssd and it also doesn't work.

I'm using windows7 64bit home premium. Running from another user account in windows won't help either. Everything else in the game runs fine it's just the arcade.
