LoL Tech Problem (Cannot Accept Games)

Hello everyone. I've tried asking for help on the League forums but nothing fruitful has come out of it... anyway. My brother and I simply cannot Accept games in the matchmaking process in League of Legends. We can do customs, we can spectate, but once we start searching, we get a 'Retrieving Data from Server' message, then the 'Accept/Decline' dialogue box pops up, then it suddenly declines the game all by itself. We've tried on different computers, different accounts, not working at all. I think it might be a problem with my internet? (internet in Nigeria is... awful) but I don't see how, since every other website is working fine as usual and fast. Firewalls disabled. Is anyone else having/had this problem? Any possible solutions?

IIRC there was an option to repair the game back in the days. I would check if this is still there and try that.

the simplest way is to just reinstall. Theres anotehr option I think you delete a folder and it reinstalls it when u relaunch (i forgot just search it up.. )

Sounds like your router is blocking something. Check your firewall or security settings on it?

I've wondered this, reset all my router settings, firewall is disabled. I switched to a new ISP recently and it was working perfectly, then a few days ago all this just started happening.

What happens now is that I can Accept a game sometimes, but then I DC in the champ select, or in banning stage, for like 2-3 minutes, then come back... so I have to just get lucky to be able to pick my champion. However once I'm IN a game, it's perfectly fine. All my problems are related to joining a game, and choosing my champion/banning. Constant DCs or auto declines.

have the same problem here, still don't know how to solve it. before patch everything work fine. I think it due to slow connection internet, also server issues. Should try another internet provider.

instead of reinstalling listen to the first poster and get the repair client option.
