"Mining" means, your machine is a part of the backbone of that particular cryptocurrency system. You are rewarded by getting a bunch of that currency. + Show Spoiler + That's just how I understood what's happening. It might be somewhat wrong as I was confused reading stuff about this. As far as I know this is it. Since mining bitcoins or litecoins essentially can mean free money (over time), people are in a craze to buy GPUs that mine crypto currencies well. AMD GPUs do quite well, so the demand of such card has increased. This leads to the increase of their price. So the R9 series cards are being sold at a higher price than what they would normally be at the moment. Well shit. That's pretty nuts. Interesting stuff though i suppose

I'll let someone else tell you which mobo to buy if you wanna go that route, you need just i5 4670 though (k is for overclocking which you can't do without more expensive board and cooler) *What's your upload? Stable ~4mbits is really nice to use ~3000-3500kbit for stream, some for audio and leftover bandwidth for game and programs etc, but you can get by with half of that if you don't want the best stream quality, or less if you want to use lower resolution/fps on stream I would suggest trying shadowplay and shadowplay twitch streaming feature, but it's unsupported by 560ti (need ~650 or greater) and a bit questionable to be investing money in right now (though good to try if people already have compatible gpu's)

Any other differences? What is an ATX cooler?

Or would I still need to buy a PCI/USB wireless card if I want wireless Keep in mind that this is an ITX board. The board fits in a large, normal case, but you can also take a look at a lot of neat special tiny cases to build your PC in. A lot of people seem to like the Bitfenix Prodigy and I think I've seen you post something about boxing days specials with that Prodigy case sold for $50 or so? EDIT: Here's where you posted it, $50 for two different looks of the Bitfenix Prodigy: http://www.redflagdeals.com/flyers/canada-computers-and-electronics/boxing-day-sale-dec-26-to-dec-26-2013-23129/?page=4#flyer On December 25 2013 10:46 Leeoku wrote: Am i correct in assuming the first ram is better than the second with the higher speed? http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX34251 http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX33234 You can't use the faster RAM at 2133MHz speed on the normal CPUs because everything above 1600MHz is technically overclocking as far as I know.

Yea i guess thats another thing I should be concerned about. I don't know what this itx atx business in motherboards are. I just wanted an unclocked processor (4570 or 4670) and a motherboard that fits it (was told h87 would do fine) And also, the faster ram is cheaper so.. may as well? Would using the faster ram just default to 1600 if it isnt OC?
