As the title suggests, my control key and F keys are not working in unison, though both keys most definitely work.
The right control plus f keys do work together, so I can still set camera locations this way and then use F keys to cycle through them.
I can use the left control key to setup control groups, so I feel like this is a software issue.
This seemed to happen almost progressively as I was in a game and L Ctrl + F1 and F3 worked but F2 did not. If I go into hotkeys within SC2 and try to rebind using L Ctrl, SC2 registers L Ctrl but not F1 if both keys are pressed simultaneously.
So when I go into key bindings... If i hit the left control key, it will not let me hit anything else within sc2.. so it registers that control key being pressed, but for example if i try to rebind ctrl grp 1 to Ctrl + 2, it just picks up the ctrl but not the 2... if I use the right ctrl key, i am not having this issue.
Indeed, there's nothing more aggravating than doing a Google search for a question only to find a forum post from two years ago where the last post is "nevermind solved it".
