cant log in to my starcraft 2 standard edition

Hello guys. Earlier this afternoon I was able to play starcraft 2 normally. But when I logged in this evening, I was surprised when it showed me a window to upgrade to a standard edition starcraft from a starter. Can anyone help me with this problem? I had been playing starcraft 2 for about 1 and a half year now and I never encountered this trouble before. I would gladly appreciate your help thank you.

Are you on the right region? restart the game, then the pc, if you still have problems you can troubleshoot from there

I checked if I were on the region but apparently I am playing on the right region. But what bugs me is that when I click "Upgrade starter Edition" the browser opens US battle.net not sea.battle.net where I am playing. I also tried to restart the game multiple times and my computer but still no luck.
