I have a Razer Blackwidow Ultimate... Not a special day by any means, I was just doing a typing test online, and all of the sudden my space bar doesn't press very nicely. If I press it on the lest, it doesn't press, it just sinks the left side of the keyboard down. If I press in the middle it'll press but the left side will go down lower. If I press the right side, it works completely fine...
I've had this keyboard for 16-24months~ and I've loved it, it worked great, I'm not sure if this is a common thing with mechanical keyboard (or maybe I'll have people who hate Razer reply)... Either way, I'm asking as what is the best solution?
They are blue switches, I couldn't really find much online about replacing the switches, and the little info I found say it requires soldering?
Any and all help is super appreciated! (:

Sounds like something is wrong with the stabilizer and not so much the switch. You can try to take it off and fix it, it may have come out of the slot on the keycap. I've had a keyboard that did something similar to this and I just replaced it.
Edit: Be careful when you are taking the keycap off, search for a guide just so you don't break anything.

yeh pop it off and put the little metal pin back in place again, it might take some fiddling tho.

@peekn
the blackwidow is the most durable keyboard i have ever had...im a ....well...Idra would be proud of my rage, and the worst that happens is that keys fly everywhere. but never actually broken anything, and i think all this, be careful while taking them off. Is a bit overrated. just put a knife under af flip it off.

So it was off of the metal wire thing, it does seem pretty tricky to put it in though, any suggestions or do I keep playing with it?
Very happy its not a broken switch.
