Graphic Problems since I updated AMD Drivers

Hey everyone. I have this problem that I can't fix and it's made it so I can't play sc2 or any video games for that matter. I'm losing my mind this is so frustrating.

Here's what happened:

I updated AMD Catalyst(Graphic card driver) from version 12.3 to 12.4. After I did this update I immediately noticed that when I played sc2 my graphics were completely messed up.

I then noticed that my AMD Drivers were still version 12.3 even though I updated them them to 12.4. I tried updating them again and they were still 12.3.

I then uninstalled my drivers, everything related to AMD, restarted my computer, and reinstalled the newest 12.4 version of my drivers. After I restarted my computer it still said I was on the 12.3 version... I then loaded sc2 and my graphics were STILL messed up.

The AMD website has no support tickets or forums available. I have no where to go to get help for this...

Various information regarding my computer/software:
Windows 7 Home Premium
64-bit operating system
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series

This is unbelievably frustrating. Everything was fine, I decide to update my drivers to 12.4 and then now I have a huge problem with my graphics that I can't fix. I am so frustrated right now I want to smash my computer...

I really hope someone here can help me. I don't know where else I can get help.

12.4 is one big mistake.

You can't run Diablo 3 on it, and now this ><

You should try and install some older drivers if possible

Well, good thing I didnt update today when it asked me.

Try using the tool "DriveCleaner" properly (you will find an instruction on the interwebz) and afterwards install some older driver like your 12.3 (from here: EDIT! WRONG LINK).
EDIT#2: This looks like its the right one!
From here in case you dont trust some random guy on the TL-Forum.

Update: I fixed the problem by uninstalling my current drivers, restarting my computer, and then reinstalling an older version that I didn't have problems with.

I'm having the same exact problem as OP. Tried updating to amd catalyst 12.4 and it kept saying I was still 12.3 and now I'm having the texture glitches on sc2.

Roll back to your previous driver. A quick search will tell you how to do it in windows, very easy.
