I've tried searching for this, but couldn't find anything.
Recently, with the new beta 7.1 of Xsplit I've been having problems with my sound cutting out and chopping up. Viewers say that it sounds like it's really choppy and out of sync.
The easy way to fix it quickly is to mute and unmute the sound. However, there's no way for me to know when this happens other than if someone tells me, so I'd really like to figure this out.
I have a professional 2 year liscence so I do use high quality audio
Thx

You're probably using speex, which is only available to people who havent paid for Xsplit.
Nevermind, you said that you had bought it.

I think this is more of a twitch problem, tell your viewers to report a sound problem and it should be fixed, i had some issue like that and thats the way i got it fixed.

Add loopback to the XSplit launch commands (right-click the XSplit shortcut, hit properties, and in the Target text box add "loopback" without the quotes after the text that's already in the box).
I was having the same issues, and that fixed the problem for me. The only thing is this option mixes your audio and mic together into one stream, meaning you can't mute your mic without muting the rest of the audio and vice versa. At least directly in XSplit, you can obviously mute your mic outside XSplit.
