http://we.pcinlife.com/thread-1857625-1-1.html Those are pretty "interesting" result I would say, especially for Skyrim at 2560x1600. (If it is true) It also further support that the HD7970 have a FPS advantage in metro 2033(quite significant as well) over GTX 680 for whatever reason. That TDP is also very tasty. Also according to http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/video-cards/52615-12-more-hours.html: No midnight launches this time around guys! Tomorrow morning. 9:01AM. A new architecture from NVIDIA. Stay tuned!!! That should be Montreal time(UTC, GMT-4), so still a couple of hours until proper review (NDA lift?).

First off, I normaly dont belive in any "leaked" info before the NDA is lifted, but I actualy think those are real because it also showd that the 7970 is better some places. Anyway if they are real, I have to say that its INSANE how good the 680 is doing in Skyrim (my favorite game). The BF3 test is as expected because its nvidia favored. I was also shocked that it did so "bad" in Metro compered to the other games, and it wad this part that made me wonder if the 680 just have bsd drivers for that game or if its the card. note: I got a 7970 myself, but I want the 680 to be better, so that AMD will make a even better card later.

Claiming site bias seems to change with every generation of gpu's i swear the hardware community wears tin foil hats [H] has been leaning towards AMD for the past few generations at least... Did you read their review of the 7770? http://www.hardocp.com/article/2012/02/15/xfx_r7770_black_edition_super_overclocked_review/ by far one of the worst reviews I have read in years... The 7770 couldn't even get a recommended award from guru3d, but gets silver at [H]? guru3d, by the way is the same site that managed to give GTX 465 SLI a recommended award... particularly this gem "Overclocking the XFX R7770 Black Edition Super Overclock, even by just 40MHz, has had a significant improvement. Overall we are getting close to a 10% performance improvement with this overclock alone, compared to the frequencies XFX ships at. Compared to the reference clocked HD 7770 it’s about a 20% improvement! The frequencies XFX ships at make this video card about 10% faster than a reference HD 7770."

Edit: Is it the warranty length? it means nothing to most people it's just the model number essentially used by evga, most of the time they are half senseable alphanumeric strings. So when you're asked oh you have an egva 8800gts or w.e they know exactly which model it is so if they sell a different version or what have you it can be properly identified usually for rma info etc. On March 22 2012 17:19 FragKrag wrote: [H] has been leaning towards AMD for the past few generations at least... I'm telling you it's a shitty topic to get into, you start nit picking every review you'll find shit that you don't agree with soon every review site is shit and all their data is invalid? nope because as long as the tell you what settings they used with what set up the data is still useful. Every site you can pick at be it hard, tom's, 3dguru, hexus, anandtech, techpowerup, hardware canucks, kitguru, tech report, hardwareheaven, x-bit, vr-zone, bit-tech and countless german sites all to which i have bookmarks to. You'll never be happy with anything. I swear the only thing people don't claim bias on is psu reviews from jonnyguru and hardwaresecrets

Its how EVGA segments products of the same sort. -KR offers 3 years of limited warranty, which is fairly disappointing considering that this is nVidia's flagship card of this generation. This isn't the flagship card btw. the GK104 is a mid range chip it performs like a flagship so they bumped up the name and the price. ending with a 4 for a very long time was always performance range/mid range cards for nvidia. ending with a 0 is their flagship card in this case GK110 But we aren't likely to hear much about that till around august. german site leaks point to really good shit, even the tweaktown review using the older drivers not he release drivers the card performs quite well.

Source on GK110? If you dont have anyting other then rumers to back it up, then it would be the same as if I said AMD's 7970 is there low end card, they just priced it high because it was better then the gtx580.

I believe their justification for the low RAM is that their new AA scheme doesn't cost a lot of RAM. Typically Ram doesn't impact performance unless you run out of it, in which case you'd be looking at single digit framerates.

Unless of course prices on amd go down? Basically unless you play Metro, Crysis or need compute the 680 is superior. I'm sure AMD will shift its pricing structure though to make things more interesting.
