My PC : I5 35770K gtx 580 16gb ram SSD HDD My current settings in Xplit : Preset XSplit Default Quality 8 VBV Max Bitrate (Kbs) 1500 Buffer 1500 Resulution detault stage resolution Format 44.100 khx Codec AAC LC Bitrate 80000 My INTERNET ![[image loading]](http://www.speedtest.net/result/2146732812.png) With this settings i get : Average data rate: 1349 kbps. Dropped frames: 134 Your bandwidth to server is probably not sufficient. You can redo the test, but if the test consistently gives you a RED signal, you may consider lowering your combined audio bitrate and max video bitrate to below 1580 kbps. Can any1 help me with this? | ||

In your channel settings, change your Location setting away from 'default' (assuming you use that value) and select either Amsterdam, London or Frankfurt. Repeat bandwidth test. It should give you a green light after that. Secondly, what resolution are you streaming at? If 720p, I'd highly recommend to up the bitrate to around 2200 kbps for better stream (image) quality. Also up the audio bitrate to 128K. You have the bandwidth for it. | ||

Okey, ive changed the server to amsterdam, and upped my bitrate to 1400 ( sufficient with new location) So, Any thoughts on if my viewers gonna get mass lag in battle? | ||

The lag for your viewers likely happens due to the bandwidth constraints (congestion) on the 'default' server, that's why I recommend you to change it. It should not happen after you change it, but simply run a 'bandwidth test' to confirm, if you get a green light, you're good to go. There's also the theoretical possibility that your computer is choking and dropping the frames, but that really shouldn't happen with your hardware. | ||

more bitrate = higher quality, 2000 isn't enough to make a "perfect" stream with lots of camera motion even at 720p30 (pretty much nobody has perfect stream) - so it's not wasted if you add more, but it's also not strictly necessary | ||

single gpu you should lose maybe 10% fps for 1080p30/720p60 with no cpu load with it, but worse quality than CPU encoding at the same bitrate. You can't really cpu encode games like bf4 or crysis 3 at high resolution and FPS without something like a 4930k or a two-PC setup (unless you want to lose more fps than neccesary) just because they'll load all of your cores heavily to get their performance, it's not like sc2 or LoL where one or two cores are loaded pretty heavily and the rest of your CPU is idle and available for encoding | ||
