http://www.gamespot.com/features/starcraft-ii-beta-performance-and-image-preview-6251839/ It's rather pathetic that 1920x1200 has less viewing area than 1920x1080. I'm forced to run SC2 with black bars as a result.

I play on a 30inch monitor at home, 2560x1600 resolution, I played just before I left to a friends house, and everything was perfect, the game looked normal. I installed SC2 at my mates house and it also worked fine, though his monitor is a 24inch. I played the game for a couple of days there. Upon returning home and launching the game, everything is way too zoomed in, the screen looks exactly like the screenshots posted even though I have 2560x1600 selected. I've tried everything, reinstalled drivers, checked the variables.txt, running in windowed mode, changing the resolution, zooming out, even running in compatability mode, googled my heart out trying to find out what the hell went wrong but I can't find a thing. It's dumbfounding because I didn't change a thing, I wasn't even at home, and suddenly my game is ridiculously zoomed in, when I actually do zoom in, I'm practically a first person drone. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
