Really weird SC2 bugs 1 in every ~25 games

So every once in a while when I start a game of SC2, I get a set of bugs that occur. It's been happening for quite some time now.

First off, my hotkeys don't work.
Whenever I click on the minimap instead of moving the camera to that location it just pings it.
When I hit ENTER to type chat instead of saying [ALL]: it says [MY OPPONENT'S NAME]:

I can't find anything in common with the situations in which this crap occurs. Can anyone help me with the cause/ a fix? It's really annoying just having to go with basically an auto-lose whenever this happens.

hm cant remember but this has happened to me once before, think it was some keyboard button getting stuck like "caps" or "alt", i fixed it by pausing the game and spamming everybutton on the keyboard if i remember correctly

Alt tab in and out of the game; it works for most people reporting that problem.

Just press ALT and it goes back to normal.

I've had this happen to me too, it's really irritating especially when you start a game..you immediately get behind on harvesters. Alt tabbing works for me to fix it.

This has been happening to me for over 6 months. I think it happens if the ladder game starts to load while you are tabbed out. As everyone else is saying alt tabbing in and out does the trick, have no idea what causes it though.
