I just got my brand new computer and it has not crashed while playing atleast, but sometimes when I start the computer I need to reboot it 3 times before it even loads windows. It just keeps crashing when it shows where to get to bios and gives the mobo picture in the screen.
The problem could be still in bios, since I haven't really touched anything of there but boot options.
Any help would be appreciated : ) THANK YOU

Check memory voltage in bios, should be set to the manufacturers settings
|
@Honga: Voltage was 1.50006 and I changed it to 1.5 with no real help at all. : ( Just noticed also that the computer seems to freeze when it goes to "sleep" when I am afk.
Also when it was freezed and I tried to start it the computer gave me 3 quick beep sounds and then paused and again 3 quick beep sounds etc etc until I decided to just turn computer off and restart it.
|
if your processor is overclocked you need to disable sleep mode due to freezing during sleep. known bug.
|
@l00l: Haven't tried to overclock it, but could it still be somekind of bug for some reason? I could try to disable it anyway? Will try next time when I am at bios^.^
|
not sure.. you could also look at the LED indicator on the board on start up if it does anything weird and check the manual on what it means. also make sure the board isn't trying to automatically overclock your pc. my p8p67 kept doing that until i changed an over clock profile in the bios.

pull the power cord out of the back, then hit the power button and hold for like 3-5 seconds it'll reset your mobo, also is your time keeping? or does it switch to strange times fall behind ect on your desktop time,

3 short Base 64K memory failure A memory failure has occurred in the first 64K of RAM. The RAM IC is probably bad
Dont know if they mean the normal RAM or some memory integrated on your motherboard, so either 1 of your G skill modules is bad or your mobo is.
|
@l00l: I will check it tomorrow thanks hopefully this will help in a way or another:D
@Kaileycost: Will try this also tomorrow when I am starting computer now im off to sleep.
@Dalaii: So basically I should test my RAM with memtest? Or try to switch RAM slots?
Thank you all will update the situation if I get somewhere with these helps^^ <3

@PeZuY
I have no idea how to proceed memtest should be good, You need to find the component that gives the problem, but since it does not happen when the pc is booted, im affraid it will be hard to reproduce the problem with software.
You could try removing the slot.3 and slot 4 modules, then checking if the error occurs, if so, switch the ones u have now "spare" with the ones on slot 1 and 2, then check again. This should rule out the possibility of a defective Ram module.
Maybe if u have other memory modules availeble (like some kingston or something, you could try booting with those, if the problem does not occur, then its your G skill Ram somehow not correctly working with your mobo

Sorry that's about the extent of my knowledge on the issue. You may try disable the feature in the BIOS that automatically sets your memory timing. You should use the timings the manufacturer specified, or find a timing profile on an OC forum.

check the psu dude, most likely the issue here. gl
|
Okey so the problem seems to vanished when I disabled sleep function, but not yet so convinced until I've rebooted it like 50+ times from now:D
@Honga: if the problem still occurs I will check those: )
@WOPR: You mean I could have either bad PSU or I have cables at wrong places?
|
@PeZuY: Your PSU would be hooked up correctly. He means a faulty PSU. I doubt this personally, but it's easy to test, just swap it out for an old one that you know works.
