I'm streaming at a multiple game community, and the other streamers and I can assure you that it's not a computer problem. Latest xsplit update has caused this bug, and it's supposed to be fixed by the next update. Not really helpful, at least you got the info  | ||

Date Posted: 13 Apr 2011 Update: April 19 2011 (6:00 pm GMT +8) The workaround below no longer applies to the latest version (v1.0.1104.1401). To fix the screen capture lag in the latest release, right click on the screen capture source and then uncheck "Optimize for motion picture". To fix the mouse pointer flicker, right click on the screen capture source and then uncheck "Capture layered windows". Explanation: "Optimize for motion picture" label was not updated correctly. The text should naturally have been "Optimize for non-motion picture". So by the next update we will get the text label corrected, but in general, keep this checkbox unchecked. (also after the label gets changed to the correct wording "Optimize for non-motion picture"). We should have been more alert on informing users about the change and failing to get the label text correct did not exactly help. But the technical explanation is as follows. If you capture a screen region which is not a movie or a game (non-motion picture in other words), then the VH Screen Capture Driver can optimize the capture by listening to GDI events and only capture when there are changes. This trick can save FPS and CPU, but it does not work at this time for capturing content like movies or games – so instead here the result will be that you get choppy captures. So again, no matter what the text may say, keep the box unchecked if you capture movies or games. :-) ------------------------------------- A lot of people have been reporting the choppy screen region issue after upgrading to the latest development version of XSplit Broadcaster. So to fix that, all you have to do is remove all your laggy screen capture sources that were carried over from XSplit Broadcaster 0.10.45.0 and then re-add them again to your presentation. And also note that you have to remove and add your screen region sources every time you change your screen capture settings. This will fix the choppy screen region issue. So that should be it!
