Skype, CALL =Crash

Whenever some1 calls my skype it just crashes BADLY, unbearable to use and delays like 5 seconds for IM. Running as admin in w7. i can hear voice when i accept the call which takes ages but the UI become unresponsive, BARELY useable as in i can end the call which takes ~20 seconds to do after clicking the hang up button.

IM works fine when im not in a call or being called.

Check your ports. Go into the skype options and forward the ones that are said to be used. How good is your internet connection?

Do you have the latest updated version? What is the memory consumption?

i have the latest skype version
memory consumption? as in ram
skype.exe*32 61,400k
skypePM.exe*32 27,484K

WINDOWS 7 ULTi 64 Bit
internet connection is like 13-16 megabits, bascially its not my connection it works fine on other computers.

I've never portforwarded skype ports, and i don't think its related to the reason of crashing.

fixed i think

went to ms config and disabled the skype service upon restart, restarted unistalled the skype toolbar and skype from control panel then went to regedit and found skype and delete the registry folders. restarted then installed skype again version 4.2.0.169, all smooth now i think.
Its run under admin and compatibility of Windows XP SP3.

FFS. Skype just lags badly on the UI being generally unresponsive

any ideas?
