Those three things make up the ~$10 typical price difference or whatever. There's a black version too btw. You mean the Antec 1100? o.o 1 x rear 120 mm exhaust fan (standard) 1 x top 200 mm blue LED exhaust fan with LED switch (standard) 2 x front 120 mm intake fans (optional) Anyway, just wondering... Would moving the rear fan to the front be better? 'Cause heat already goes upward anyway, so the top fan should exhaust on well enough its own. This way I can keep my hard drives cooler. Thoughts? edit: Nevermind. You meant the Bitfenix. I didn't think it could intake from the front. :O

for that "Most of us modify the top and add a Blowhole Fan or buy the replacement top panel (T-LM14B-2) which is a replacement Top and has a cut out and Shroud for a 140mm fan. Unfortunately these seem to be out of stock just about everywhere. It is best to use a 4 1/2 inch Hole saw with a drill attachment." is it easily done? from http://www.overclock.net/t/880913/the-official-lian-li-pc-a05-club

Directing the air flow to the places it's needed most is.

So something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.851763 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.851650 should work and save you money. I think I read they're about the same, but the reason I'd like to get the gtx 460 is because it's in a combo deal with the memory. Even though the price increased $20, it's still cheaper than buying them separate. Edit: wow didn't realize that is also a combo:D thanks I'll just get that then

I'd go with this PSU(Cant find capstone 450?) And for graphics card I'd go with this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908 and this for ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820576006 And no it's not cheaper to buy them in combo wtf, it wasn't even when the combo was at its cheapest. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.851650 This combo's an alternative like he mentioned, no real difference. Actually the other one's 2 dollars more so you can get it too if you like, doesn't really matter at all though

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182202 I mean, this build is using an i3, H61M-VS, 6850, etc., so not really going premium anywhere else. Instead of the Sapphire on newegg I would get the Powercolor 6850 on NCIX because you need a $50 order (just the case is under $50) to get the free shipping: http://us.ncix.com/products/?sku=56240&promoid=1211

So my birthday is in a couple days and I've asked for case, power supply, ram, etc. I was planning on just waiting for ivy bridge to get motherboard/cpu/gpu myself. My question is, are we likely to see any new mid-range (around $200-250) cards in the next month? Or is a 7850 probably my best bet in that range? And if so, is it not worth waiting for ivy bridge and the new chipsets and just jumping on a z68/2500k? It certainly seems plausible that the price of a 7850 could drop a bit as time goes on, right? In which case it seems like it would make sense to wait for the minor performance bump of ivy bridge as well.

I'll get the last combo since the price is exactly the same as if I got them separate. however, I think that psu is too expensive. you think this would work? It's possible we could see something from Nvidia in that price range, but I wouldn't count on it. I guarantee 7850 pricing will be lower in the future, just maybe not in a month. If your current computer doesn't do what you want it to do, I wouldn't recommend waiting any longer for a upgrade though.
