My main goal is to run 20 maplestorys(for the purpose of botting :S) but i'm pretty sure my cpu can't handle all of them. Here is the standard requirements for maplestory [Minimum Requirements] CPU: Celeron 500MHz RAM: 64MB HDD: 300MB Disk Space OS: MS Windows 98/ME/2K/XP VGA: 3D Acceleration Card SOUND: None NETWORK: 56kbps Modem [Recommended Settings] CPU: P3-700MHz or higher RAM: 128MB RAM HDD: 500MB Disk Space OS: MS Windows 98/ME/2K/XP VGA: 3D Acceleration Card SOUND: 16bit Sound Card NETWORK: Cable Modem Will my current setup be enough to run 20 of these?(How do you even calculate if its possible? :[ ) Or will i have to make some upgrades towards my system? I am quite sure I've connected the PSU to the motherboard correctly, the RAM sticks appear to be fit, the HDD and the DVDR are connected and powered, CPU is done, and so is graphic card. I've got this motherboard: http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=628781 and this case: http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=605768 My only doubt is the "internal connectors" like the LED-stuff. I'm pretty sure I've connected it like the manual describes, but some things im just not sure of 1. Which side is 'up' on the pin-connectors? does it matter? i've had the white-text side facing up on the upper bracket and down on the lower bracket if you understand 2. The case comes with "P+ LED" and "P- LED". I suppose that is "MSG" (Message/Power/SLeep LED)? Otherwise.. can anyone suggest what might be wrong? This is really ticking me off!

You are either referring to x16/x4 or x8/x8. I don't even know why you have CrossfireX 6850 for Maplestory considering how it's a joke in the graphics department. Just try and run Maplestory 20 times? I can't imagine it being that intensive...

Did you install the motherboard on standoffs? Do you have both the 24pin and 8pin connectors plugged into the motherboard? Is the power supply switch on the 1 position? Orientation of the on/off switch and reset switch headers does not matter. As long as they're plugged in correctly, they should function correctly.

My apologies. i doublechecked after posting and made the correction to x16/x4. I'm sure i don't need to touch the gpu but i was worried about the processor :x and the mobo. I've been playing crysis and was wondering if a x16/x16 setup would provide much better results.

The standoff-screws, yes 2. Yes - but 8 pin, don't you mean 4-pin? I've connected the 24-pin (which is a 20pin+4pin) and a 4-pin (which is a 8-pin, with removable 4-pin) as there's only a 4-pin slot available on the motherboard besdies the 24pin 3. Yes EDIT: Also - dosnt the orientation depend considering the connectors are 2-pins? i.e, they are not single-pins, for +/-, rather they both stick together as one

It's probably out of your price range anyways unless you were planning to spend $600+ on the CPU and motherboard alone. Only way you'll know if a second generation Phenom is capable is run twenty copies.

Yes Some motherboards have 8pin. Double check that the on/off switch header is plugged in correctly. You can try building outside the case to eliminate the possibility of there being a short. Try with one memory module and try it in the other DIMM slot as well. Remove graphics card and try with on-board graphics. You can test the PSU to see if it's DOA or not ( http://www.overclock.net/faqs/96712-how-jump-start-power-supply-psu.html ).

Negative positive orientation only matters for LEDs.

but after swapping out my old 9800gt with 560ti, I experience lower fps in "action" in tf2. This only happens in tf2 and not any other games, as I have gained trenemdous fps boost in BF3. Is it possible to get lower fps result due to "bottle-neck" with my i3-2100 + 560ti vs my old i3-2100 + 9800gt build ? or am i not understanding this term correctly? please let me know this is frustrating ! I love playing TF2 P.S - I use to run TF2 like cutting through butter with 9800gt in 32 man server. This game doesn't require much just like many said... 80+ fps no matter what. But after changing to 560ti, my fps goes as low as 30fps. I'm shocked. PSU = 550Watt ANTEC Neon He CPU= i3-2100, (3 months old) GPU = 560ti ( not even 15 days old ) 4 gb, ripjaw ram Mobo = ASROCK H61M-VS running dual monitor, 21inch and 18 inch

If your core i3 2100 was bottlenecking your GTX 560 Ti, your FPS would be similar to that of when you had your 9800 GT. hmm, what should I do? Are there any tests that I can do ? I've been monitoring temperature for both CPU and GPU, and they run relatively low. CPU - 45celcius, and GPU = around 55celcius
