I would not write a guide because they will be outdated anyway, the same with buildorders guides.

If I understand correctly, these guides were originally Monk's pet project, gathering input and collaboration from the speed running community. With him now busy working at Blizzard, a few of the team members took over and pushed through to finish the commander lineup prior to the release of Tychus. But I don't think anyone has really stepped forward to take over the lead organizer role going forward. I peeked in the discord channel where they worked on these and it looks like there are a few people posting bits and pieces of data and strategies about Tychus and Zeratul sporadically every now and then, but it doesn't look like anyone is currently taking the reins to collect and organize everything, coordinate reviews of the contributions and confirm quality of submissions, proof read everything, coordinate with the layout artist, follow up with people to get things completed in a timely manner, etc etc etc. These were a pretty major effort that involved dozens of people behind the scenes just self organizing and volunteering some pretty significant time and effort just because they felt like making something awesome for the community. Maybe momentum on these guides will pick up again at some point, but I wouldn't hold your breath in the mean time. These were a DIY community effort, so if it really irks you that there hasn't been a new one, get off your ass and start coordinating your own effort to put create what you want to see.

The team we used to build these guides was broken up with the completion of the Han and Horner guide. We have had theorycrafters work on Tychus and Zeratul out of their own choice, but we've been missing several key folks in order to actually get any work done, including an artist, dedicated speedrunners, and people willing to put in time to provide new current content and review what we already have. We also do not currently have any agreement with TeamLiquid about the publishing of these guides. But more people have been putting in work as of late. It is still possible that these guides may release... eventually. Just don't hold your breath. Essentially, imJealous is right on the money with his above post.

It is kept as a private Discord channel by tradition of monk, to have a place where more dedicated players can theorycraft, talk about speedruns, share resources, or contribute to those guides. If you wanted somewhere to just hang out and talk smack, YuriPrime's public discord (https://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft2coop/comments/95w92p/ingame_group_discord_server/) may be more to your liking. If you were interested in speedrunning or contributing to the guides, shoot me a PM.
