Also, that basic idea that no one can do anything as long as you are stating facts is obviously silly. As long as you truly think that "x" is true, any statement in the form of "I think x" is fine.
Try walking up to your boss and telling them "I think you are an asshole, i hate you." and see for how long you keep your job. Or even more fun "I think i could break all of your fingers before help could arrive. Just saying."
