Abusing knowledge of a bug for ladder points is a really shitty attitude to have. Like pros not wanting their replays to be published and/or use barcodes?

The best way to fix this is to reduce the starting workers to 4 and increase mineral count per patch. ![]() while we are at it, lets remove void rays, tempests, oracles, msc, adepts, immo, collo, warp prism, stalker, and bring back dragoon, dark archon, arbiter, scout, coursair, reaver, shuttle?

You mean uninstall SC2 and install BW? meme By the way not sure if anyone else noticed, but in multiplayer dependencies for Legacy of the Void in map editor there is a handful of BW units, and among them working Devourer and Defiler (with working abilties, Dark Swarm looks really cool imo)

Defiler also had an unfinished model then, but was finished sometime during LotV. You can find it in one of the Nova campaign pack missions.

There are separate dependencies for mission packs/campaigns

It's not like players are playing in a basement and nobody can see what they are doing. It should be fixed long time ago already though Why not? They're not breaking any rules by doing it; its an in game feature.

Like the lurker model was fully finished in WoL, I think, but it was excluded due to overlap with the baneling.

BW has tons of bugs which are forbidden to use in tournaments.

Remind me, why is it not completely ridiculous and absurd to build something into the game and then forbid the players to use? What about a game of parcheesi where you get banned for rolling six? And BTW - free scouting a.k.a no fog of war should have been in the game from beginning.

Whether it's ridiculous or not and while it is an undeniably massive oversight to add the feature without properly testing it, it's ridiculous to think that it's an intended way of how it is supposed to work. Are you trying to say it's not a bug too? If a dice magically cracks into two pieces and you get both six and one do you get seven? I don't think many people would enjoy a strategy game where you can see everything an opponent does and in the end forcing singular fights all the time. There is already something like that, called Nexus Wars

You guys have a vastly unrealistic impression of how long it takes to fix a bug and deploy the bug fix. They can just forbid the players from using it at Blizzcon (it's already against the rules anyways).

Because it's not rolling and having a chance for a result to happen, you're purposefully using the die to get an advantage that is not intended.
