Raynor imo is a little weak because his voice is quiet. Abathur is perfect. Alarak is pretty good but I wish his lines had more character in it. Kerrigan is good. Artanis is too protoss, he doesn't sound all too different than the normal protoss announcer. Swann is better than expected.
For the skin, I think the new roach skin is scary as hell, they really stand out from all the other skins. Similar to raptor lings but without the annoyance. We don't need additional lines, more to say - we already have some of these (one modified quote per announcer, like Artanis saying about mules or Kerrigan saying about nukes).
Voices are fine as it is now. Swann may be too annoying with his "nah, why?" yelling about every needed overlord.

That's all that is to his character in the campaign, too.

They better use someone like Zeratul (oldman without all that voice braveness and epicness) or Talandar (robotic protoss voice, Protoss version of abathur) instead of Artanis.
And instead of Swann I'd prefer someone like Arcturus Mengsk (badass man voice) or Mira Han (mercenary girl without all that adjutan'ish voice sharpness),
I think, next 3 announcers should be:
- Terran - someone woman, Nova or Mira Han, or lulz - Kate Lockwell
- Zerg - Dehaka definitely, or Zurvan - he sounds good, almost like Daggoth from SC1BW
- Protoss - since we already have woman-themed voice that is similar to protoss-womans (Kerrigan, same voice VFX as selendis / vorazun / adepts), we need Zeratul or protoss variation of Abathur - Fenix/Talandar.

I want STUKOV as a voice!

thank god, I can hear a different voice finally. Kerrigan (campaign voice) and Adjutant (past 6 years) voices were annoying as hell. I bought alarak, abathur and swann. I will buy Raynor but never Kerrigan and Artanis.

Also her voice isn't creepy, with all that sshhhh-sounds and it's clean.

I heard all voices in german language and after your post I did in english. The difference in Kerrigan's voice is day and night. Kerrigan english>>>>>>>>>>>german. edit: I would buy all english voices except artanis.

Why is everything dubbed into German/French/Italian/Spanish anyway lol

After the placement matches, my MMR is about 200 points higher than it was last season, I wonder if that's working as intended.

History of dubbing in these countries. And now it created an industry, and people kinda demand it.

I'm a terran player and I'm not paying 2.5 € for a marauder skin which is exactly the same as the original but the shoulders tinted. Announcers are very expensive, I mean, you can get a complete nice AAA game for the price of 4 announcers or less... It seems overpriced for a simple collection a voice tracks!
But it's OK that Blizzard make some profit so they can allocate more resources to really make Starcraft great again -yes, it could be done-, the bad thing is that they won't. They will probably reinvest the income into the production of more skin and stuff so they can earn more, then repeat... until the game is just about selling ostentatious digital items that add exactly zero value to the game itself.
The korean scene slowly fading away and the player base decreasing more and more, and what's the Blizzard response? Sellings dresses and audio tracks at an outrageous pricetag.
No offense.

I come from WoT, a premium tank there (a good one) costs anywhere between 20 to 40+ euros ... 2 bucks for a skin and 5 for announcer is really cheap if you ask me.

Prices seems ok, i simply don't like the skins. Announcers depends on the quality a lot (number of lines, quality of dub, etc)

I still have absolutely no idea why people are willing to pay actual money for such stuff. I am not against Blizzard selling it - if it makes them money, then it's good for their motivation to maintain SC2. It's just the fact that it works is one of the greatest mysteries of our time for me.

it does say that a portion of the money goes to community artists tho dota wouldn't have so many incredible hero set items if the artists didn't get some money for it!

Just don't spray, or if you do spray, spray in the wrong base for those juicy mindgames.
