Are European players better to hide match-fixing or nobody care about illegal bettings in Europe ? Is there similar cases in other esports in Europe ?
Wasn't there a post about Valve banning CS:GO match fixers from playing in tournaments?

I hope that there will be still players left to play the game after that. Or what if KeSPA is actually part of the scheme ? That would be funny. Yes, both of these scenarios are possible, sadly. That's quite the conspiracy theory right there I guess it doesn't look good? As i said before if even Life felt the need to fix matches (assuming that's true), i don't know what that tells us about the korean scene as a whole. Nobody will ever talk about it, but quite frankly it has to be horrible for pretty much 90% of the players. I wonder if it's all worth it... Meh Honestly, look at other sports' governing bodies : FIFA, FIA, IHF, IOC, UCI, etc, and even the national federations. They're all corrupt as fuck, which is normal considering you're concentrating a lot of power into a very limited number of hands without any kind of control whatsoever (I mean seriously, who thought that was a good idea?). While this does not mean that KeSPA has to be as corrupt as these organizations (the main, and important, difference is that KeSPA is directly under the authority of the Korean government), I don't think it is crazy enough to be qualified as "conspiracy theory". I'm pretty sure an organisation controlled by a government with strict anti-gambling laws (like KeSPA is) being directly involved in illegal betting is nothing more than a conspiracy theory before there's any evidence of it. Crazy or not. Yeah, because it's well known government members never go against the law. Like, no one ever saw a Minister of Economy do tax fraud, clearly. I'm not saying KeSPA is involved, I'm not even saying it is likely. I'm saying it is a possibility that is more than a conspiracy theory. Unless you think all humans have hyperdeveloped ethics, I guess.

In BW, we had Savior.... now in sc2, we have Life...
You would think that after the scandal with BW, Kespa would do whatever it takes to prevent another incident from happening again, but clearly they haven't done enough.

Talent rarely equals ethics! He is not the first player to fall from grace and trust me he won't be the last... People will do anything to get the biggest piece of the cake..dunno why people act so surprised, just because he is talented...
Most talented people lack morals, because they did not have to work hard to get where they are in the first place....thats the curse of talent. Don't get me wrong I am not saying Life did not work hard, I'm sure he did, but some things just came naturally to him and people tend to forget the unsuccessful times...

I'm still going to hold out hope, but Life was the last player that I was emotionally invested in and actually cheered for after MMA retired.
