I'll play Echo and Coda without a doubt, probably will keep on playing Vaani, and I'm really unsure about the last one. Most likely Cactus Valley, maybe Expedition Lost, though its slow mineral collection rate and the backdoor set my teeth on edge. Surely not Inferno Retarded Pools, and not Iron Fortress.
I really wish we had Ganymede for Inferno Pools... This is a big deal which few have mentioned. Taking out that fourth spawn makes a big deal because it removes a lot of randomness with build orders, specifically against protoss players. Inferno Pools might be at least a tiny bit bearable if they removed one of the spawns 4 players maps with all spawns enabled create a luck factor in scouting that shouldn't ever exist. You scout a 10 gate 3 gates last in PvP ? You've lost until you opened with an overly safe build that gets behind against anything else. I really think all spawns enabled should not exist.
A good example recently of randomness was Flash vs Trap G1 from Katowice; It's very difficult to scout the correct proxy/all-in strategy with 4 spawns. It also pigeon wholes people into safer strategies without knowledge of your opponents position

I really wish we had Ganymede for Inferno Pools... what do you mean? You get minerals extremely slowly on Expedition Lost and Vaani compared to other maps, especially Overgrowth on which you bath in money (see PtitDrogo French PvZ guide in Strategy) but compared to Catallena/Deadwing/Foxtrot/Bel'shir etc too.
This is probably because of the main minerals layout, with two very far central patches.

You mine minerals slower on those two maps? Huh?

Coda looks like any other map... same ramp+expo positions like so many others.

Additionally there's some complicated shit depending on the angle of the mineral patches to the townhall.

What the hell they take out deadwing but keep garbage ass inferno pools get this map out already

Like everyone else said I hope they consider using the improved version of Iron Fortress. That one is a sad grey thing.

Quickly guys, if we complain hard enough, they might switch Inferno Pool out for Overgrowth.

Inferno Pools . . . why Blizzard, why? Any of the maps they removed (except Secret Springs) would have been better. Or a TLMC(insert any number here) map. Or a proleague map. Why not Merry Go Round, or King Sejong Station? And whatever happened to the campaign to get Outboxer into the ladder pool?

Wowowow easy there, you're going to give them ideas.

Love the removals, and love the additions. This season is going to be reallllllly good! But F U Inferno Pools...

In fact what would make the most sense is removing Inferno Pools for Foxtrot Labs :
- Foxtrot Labs was robbed of another WCS season after illegitimate whining and deserved more credit. - With the added maps and Inferno Pools we have 3 4 players maps which is too much, 2 4 p maps would be far more standard. - Foxtrot has proved to be solid and balanced.
