Also, no PenguiN for SKT?
Also, terrible rankings yay:
1. Jin Air. They have top players that can definitely perform well (sOs, Maru) and then a deep roster of okayish to very good players (Rogue, Cure, Trap, Symbol, Terminator, Pigbaby), allowing for verstatility and impredictability. Not enough terrans though, so maybe a weakness here.
2. KT Rolster. The most solid team as they can field 4 players that showed they can take any team by themselves (Flash, Zest, Stats, TY), but beyond those 4, it's quite bleak... Maybe Action? So tough, but no depth. Should one fail to grab its game, this doesn't look good anymore I'd say.
3/4. CJ Entus. 3/4.SKT. Honestly I can't rank them. Both team have a well rounded ZPT trio backbone (Classic, Innovation, soO / herO, Bbyong, ByuL), though I'd rank SKT's a bit above CJ for that, but then I believe a bit more in CJ's bench (notably sKyHigh and Sora, which I believe will do wonder against Terrans, and there are many to snipe) than SKT's (with Dark being the most notable). It will be interesting to see those two clash though!
5. MVP Choya and his band. They have a decent quatuor in MarineKing (which is apparently back, at least in TvP), HerO (which showed recently he's still quite good, at least in PvP), Losira (which is also somewhat back on a good performance, as we saw at HSCX, with 4 - 0 in his group and then 3 - 0 TY!), and Taeja. On paper this could look good, but somewhat I feel this team can be too easily sniped, or just plain wrecked by a superior, well rounded roster. Beyond those four, we still have a few names though that could snipe, such as Panic or Yonghwa. But overall, not well rounded enough I'd say. But then, it's Choya, we'll have to see
6. Startale-YFW. Okay, they have a ridiculous roster.... but only San, Life and Bomber really stand out. Surprisingly, I think they'll be the ones to pull the most upsets (hello Has), but I can't see them getting consistent result throughout a season.
7. Samsung Khans. Honestly, there's no player that really stands out on Samsung that could really be a big threat. They'll win games, but not series. Dear has been a bit under the radar recently, and the games he played don't really hint at anything, he should be decent but not that much, Stork's recent results are somewhat awful, Hurricane's as well. That leaves them with Solar and pretty much nobody else I'd say.
8. PRIME. Sorry Prime, even though you _may_ have a decent trio in YoDa, Creator and BboongBboong, with maybe Myungsik to close out series, but I don't think that'll make the cut. Maybe a few surprise wins here and there against Startale-YFW or Khans, but you'll have to make big statements with this kind of roster to reconsider this ranking.
Damn I'm bad at this.
lol try as hard as you want, you can never predict proleague.
I know, but that's fun Well. At least I know I won't bet on prime or on the Khans (and even them I'd be cautious). But for the others, fuck if it goes according to anyone's prediction!

it comes down to b-teamers, because a stacked team is bound to get sniped by them if prepared right, also its better not value that individual success so much, some players will do much better in PL than in individual leagues, which is why I am sure Flash will cost more than Taeja for FPL
people call PL wacky and weird, but its something I'm more used to than individual leagues

Well it's not the same landmarks as in individual leagues, so when you've got your habits and see players who do well or bad in individual leagues, and that doesn't translate in the same success (or failure) in PL, it seems strange in comparison.
That's how you end up with guys like Rogue who perform really well, and you've never seen the guy in individual leagues, or with soO and his "decent but a bit meh" 13-11 despite being one of the best players throughout 2014.
That's also why I believe in Startale. I want to see Has snipe people with whacky builds
How and where do I watch Proleague? I have money. I want to subscribe. In the old GSTL days, I just subscribed at GOM-TV. Last year I was watching on Twitch, but now Twitch has changed up, and I can't find the channel. Help please.

You can watch it for free on youtube (KR stream) or twitch TV. If you want to support them and pay for the stream, you can suscribe to the SPL stream on twitch.tv. Remember that the SPOTV's own youtube channel uploads all the matches, both english and korean cast, so by suscribing to the twitch channel there isn't much that you get other than the fact that you can also watch the twitch past broadcasts (which includes interviews, the brief breaks between matches, etc).
Lol, ranking Samsung as bot-2 is bad, guys :D If Maru was on Prime last season, they would have been in playoffs at least twice, that's beauty of bo5. Samsung already have 3-3,5 legit guys and people with upset potentials. God dammit, RorO, why did you retire and who will i put my team around ):
And Prime is way stronger this time, they have 3,5 players since beginning and not 2,5 players after MKP rejoins.
I wouldn't have minded a delayed start if it meant for crazy new maps like what they did in earlier seasons of Proleague. I guess the standard WCS map pool makes it easier for players to practice on.
