Hi Teamliquid !
I have presented a project of 'starcraft' manga about ESPORT a while ago, and I could improve on it since. Publisher in France are not very into it right now unfortunately :C so I'm showing you some of it here ! Perhaps you have ideas where this project can live on ?
NOTE :
-Here is the improved version of the project, and there will be no mention to starcraft though it is obviously based on RTS : p
-English is not my native langage at all, I translated roughly so people could understand what it is about.
-This is a humourous story, so it is largely exagerated, do not take it seriously.

This is freaking awesome!
There might not be money in it but you could always just start posting them, or run a patreon or something similar. I'm sure there are similar options for comics/artwork isn't there?

Amazing! Love the closeups and everything. I think you just need to sell them the idea better, not sure how though. As mentioned, just post it all over the place on the internet. You will have a bigger chance and maybe some publisher will find it interesting enough etc....

Nice I can see how the story would develop. The stubborn and stupid youngster with super fast hands but no brain will slowly grow into a macro/strategic beast and be a champ. I like how you present the genre and how you illustrate the in-game scenes.

Looks awsome! Made me think if we have a Western equivalent of Naver/Daum comics section, probably not, but that could be the best way of distribution if publishers aren't so hot about the idea.

This is amazing. I too had some ideas for how a potential comic/tv show based on esports could work out. I'm glad you have the skills and time to create something this awesome. Keep it up!

I like the start of it, though I gotta agree that the main character is annoying. He seems like the 14 y/o "lolol u mad?" guys you meet on ladder, so hopefully he'll make the switch soon. 
Art style is pretty amazing overall!

Amazing. Really professional level work. Have you published other stories? The panels are incredibly creative, I particularly loved the brat unwinding his keyboard while shouting and pointing.
If I have a criticism it's that -for me at least- the game itself is difficult to see clearly, I was reading then trying to make the stuff I read make sense when looking at the pictures of it. Without colour I can't really think of an easy way around that and, if you continue, it's only going to get worse as more complex situations than rushes arise and you get mirror matches...
I had a dumb idea that the only bits in colour could be the game, then you get a sort of "this is where the world really comes alive" vibe, plus you get an easy way of showing which units belong to who. You could even have a specific colour for each character's units so it wasn't always red vs. blue. However I'm guessing that random colour on pages isn't exactly going to make it more publishable... Ah well.

dude this is sick and i like how you literally made you're own rts in a sense because then it's a completely new world, if you use starcraft then it's like do you include famous players like Flash or w/e? becomes a bit more w/e
i think you could totally sell this/get published you just need to look around! im sure this would sell like hotcakes in S.K/Japan type deal

I kinda like it, I like it a lot. I think you should go through with this. I think that lots of publishers told Rowling to screw off when she brought Harry Potter to the table. Not saying this is the next HP, I'm saying publishers don't know jack shit.

I love the art. The beginning is a bit cheesy/dry (the dialogue, mainly) in my opinion, but it pulls you in as it goes on. I end up liking it and begrudging that it's already over. Please make more!

Neat, French. I found the comic to be of decent quality as well. It's also interesting that main protagonist start out as, well , "character".

I'm truely glad some of you enjoyed it ! I've been working quite a lot on this and there are not a lot of guys around me who are into starcraft so I felt this project was going no where ... and nobody really cared.

I was wondering, if its about RTS/Starcraft, you might as well ask permission to use actual Starcraft names and scenes. An actual bunker rush is more exciting. They might love the idea.
For the public not into starcraft its ok as long as you make sure the manga is also a "psychological warfare" manga and a drama, there are tons of good themes there "achieve your dream before 25", "prove the world your hobby became a true profession", "travel the world to fight for money and pride". <3
Or something else, as long as its interesting, its not like you have those characters with supernatural powers shooting lazer beams
I have a good hunch that you know the work of Takeshi Obata very well, but if you don't make sure to read Hikaru no Go and Bakuman. Both are strongly related with this, specially the first

edit: To be honest the game was just a narrative. "they are playing this game, and that is what is happening on screen". Maybe too short? The crowd was hyped, but i was not... Maybe your intention is to focus on what happens outside the games?
Just comparing it with the best mangas i read in my life, please keep going, your art is really something At first i was just planning to post "wow great job", since it IS well done, but i decided to give some feedback.
