Interesting obserservation about recent tournament lineups. I think Jaedong has a good chance to win, lotsa JvZ. But its Jaedong so he also have a good chance to not even qualify for the final group stage. I think both Scarlett and Major can make a deep run. And who knows, maybe win? Scarlett is on fire and Major is looking good. TLO... i guess i should pay more attention at him. How good is his ZvZ?

Depending on who gets out of opend bracket it could actually be pretty stacked, the open bracket might be even more interesting than pool play in that regard.

Hopefully theres a decent showing in terms of live audience. Because if this event flops I have a feeling MLG wont retake SC2 into offline events ever again

I noticed a small error in the write-up. You described Petraeus as someone who "came to the USA" for LSC3 and MLG. He's actually been living in the USA, in the ROOT house, since his joining the team.

it does us aligulac ratings for predicting match results, it does millions of simulations of the whole year of WCS so that it can determine chances of qualifying for Blizzcon, and also what helps/hurts their chances to qualify
