Since previous thread was blocked for editing, and some links do not work anymore, I've decided to recreate this thread with some new UI overlays and some ways of using them.
Unlike previous thread, here you will see some more overlays that are free to use, in other word this thread will be something like central hub of SC2 overlays. Remember, that any of these overlays can be used not only for streaming, but also for personal use, meaning that you will see that overlay while you're playing SC2.
You can put transparent picture over your fullscreen-windowed game with simple UI Changer program. It does not changes or edits ingame resources at all, and can be used everywhere, even in Windows or your browser. It just places picture over all windows, so no cheating or bad stuff here, just flat picture. You can toggle overlay with some hotkeys.
Keep in mind that some of these overlays have webcam window. If you do not have webcam or just using for your personal use (e.g. with Ui Changer), you can put artwork instead of webcam, as shown on the preview-banner above. If you noticed, that some overlays have wrong cuts (i.e. timer is on wrong place), you can cut it as you want with any image editor (not only Photoshop).

How it works
After launching program, you will see small SCII icon. Right-clicking it opens menu, where you can select skin. Just select any transparent PNG file and it will show that picture over all windows.
SC2 UI Changer supports some hotkeys
Ctrl+Alt+S - select skin window. Opens window, where you can select any skin via Explorer
Ctrl+Alt+A - activate/deactivate skin overlay
System requirements:
- Windows XP SP2 or later (tested on Windows 7)
- If you have an error when launching, install this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
- Minimum size of image is 1024x768
Known issues
- Sometimes when you're alt-tabing, skin can dissapear. This bug can be fixed by turning skin on/off
