Small tricks on the ladder maps.

TheFlexN Israel472 Posts March 29 2014 08:17 GMT #1 Hello TL, I should have made this thread a while ago when I discovered this unused trick on Yeonsu LE as it was introduced to the ladder, I personally didnt see anybody uses it. Anyway: the small reaper ledge can be used to place a siege tank on: So I was thinking, now that the new maps are coming to ladder, lets find some neat tricks to use, it will be us trying to break apart the maps to give ourselves some advantage. Post here whatever you find in custom games or ladder games and I will do my best to update the OP to include all of the things you find. Good luck and have fun laddering!

TheFlexN Israel472 Posts March 29 2014 08:43 GMT #2 Well, I decided to do something really fast and check how do you cannon rush the zerg natural on Overgrowth LE, the new protoss style map: Its the most efficient cannon rush, only 4 pylons blocking all sides of the cannon and you can have your probe stuck in there so its still alive, I wasnt able to get it out with the cannon being built, but its a start. Top pic: Bottom left spawn natural Bottom pick: Top right spawn natural Also, just checked, if you build the 4 pylons from the far side (away from your base) it is building them all almost instantly. Updated the picture to show the order of pylon building.
