I don´t know why zerg players can´t be objective. I mean, didn´t you learn anything from the queen patch? I as a terran fully admit, that widow mines are too strong right now. But you as a zerg can´t objectively say, that this solution offered here by blizzard will make TvZ a fair and even matchup.

I did not say that blizzard did exact right buffs, but i like the direction of those. Do you really think DK will do that drastic of radius reduction? If it even gets through radius will probably be 1.5 instead of 1.75. Tanks will probably have 2.5 attack speed, since 2.7 not gonna work and so on.

at first i was confused why would blizzard attempt to buff the gimmicky parts of protoss.

then i remembered the whole race is gimmicky stuff, so its damned if you do damned if you dont i guess.

Maybe a solution for oracles would be to increase the revelation ability's duration. That seems like the most useful Oracle ability when it comes to the late game; increasing its duration would promote micro, as players would be required to get the oracles in position in order to use revelation, without increasing its effectiveness in early game cheese. It also wouldn't remove the need for overseers, which could still be positioned to scout for drops, whilst also providing more valuable scouting information.

Or maybe its just because I'm too drunk right now to properly think through what I'm saying. I dunno.

It's sad how worked up the community is being with this patch. Blizzard is trying really hard to make Toss less deathball with more harassment options.

If anyone is killing eSports, it's the community who doesn't give these changes a chance.

the problem is that they can still go for the deathball just fine, this changes nothing, just allows for more gimmicky stuff which we already see so much.

All of the changes seem worthy of testing at the very least. Whether they should be put into an actual patch remains to be seen.

Every community is somewhat retarded and try to state their opinions hoping that they are right, you cant change this. There will be hate and bashing for any type of patch that a game puts out.

Protoss player here. Kinda shock with the DT buff it was doing okay then suddenly a random buff.. then the oracle buff really wtf. I know oracles are quite underused, but they should have buff it in a away that does not tempt the player to super rush it. 4 min oracle rush in pvp lol.. I hope at least the oracle won't push through.. or buff it in another way.. like an HP upgrade or something in mid-late game.

For the Terran Mech, its pretty good buff (i guess it needs a bit more tho),but it should come with a compensation nerf for bio ( maybe marauder or medivac)

Zerg upgrade.. I'm fine with it too.

Protoss has so many good harassment options. The problem is, that they can easily win (especially on low levels) without using them. It´s just way more comfortable to macro just up, defend a bit, and then roll over one big fight, than to be active over the whole game. You won´t get Protoss players get more active unless you pull them out of their comfort zone.
(this doesn´t apply to the very top level. We see those top protoss being very active with harassment)

The widowmine change seems a bit too steep. Most other changes seem quite promising, with the exception of the winged-feet DTs that might be a tad excessive.
