It does not! I completed WoL on Brutal and on every other Server I have 0 Achievementpts. New Server = New Account! | ||

I think you have to create it yourself. I remember downloading the xml, when global play wasn't live yet. I found the download link in the global play thread, so try to look in there. | ||
