Ok so.
If it's Kespa it's pretty silly. Pull out best chance at taking over GSL? Yeah ok...
So I'm thinking it's actually Rain. Which is equally silly. People have rescheduled GSL accordingly and played with worse flights and conditions (for better or worse). And MLG open bracket is about as hard as a month long GSL. In addition GSL semis takes you to IPL5, which would allow that also.
So....I think it's Rain and it's a pretty dumb move. If it is indeed Kespa it's not as dumb, but almost.

I feel like MLG is Fredo, in The Godfather: Part II.
"I knew it was you, Fredo. You broke my heart! You broke my heart!"

The war between KeSPA and GOM is the last thing we need at a time when SC2 has fallen so far behind LoL in spectatorship.

I can't imagine it being is own decision O_o
I mean, he got really far last time and GSL is still the greatest tournament for sc2 (for now.)
Weird, but I hope he does well in MLG!

My popcorn says that the next step in this drama is Rain losing to CombatEX in open bracket. My popcorn really wants to get in my belly.

Rain was a late addition to the open bracket announced yesterday. How unfair would it be to a group planning to play next week if they were moved up an extra four days because one of the players decided they wanted to play in the open bracket?

Wow he's pretty lucky he's still given a Code A slot really.

Really hopes he rolls Gaulzi and has no idea what he's up against.

Yea, that's the gist of the GSL post too. MLG wasn't on the list submitted by SKT when Gom was doing the scheduling, and they were only informed of this on Oct 29, by which time nothing could be done.

Why does he get to keep his Code A spot?
OtherRain forfeited his spot and got suspended for two seasons.

for someone who complains about drama all the time, khaldor sure is stirring some shit up with that last sentence of his.

this fucking SUCKS. goddammit KeSPa...

Wow.............. really unfortunate eSports don't need that, not now.

This is pretty nuts. It went from Rain being a favorite to win Code S to wide open competition. Good news though: I can go to sleep early tonight.

Considering the GSL has been good with rescheduling for players in foreign events. I cant imagine it was his own decision.
