Crank - Depressed and immature; poor decisions led to his downfall. I almost feel sorry for him but hopefully he learns from this and grows up MMA - Kinda comes off as an entitled prima donna. Being the best Terran in the world seemed to have went to his head. It's good to hear his side of things, as he gave some good insights as to how the players feel and were treated. The "Jessica caused boxer to quit" remark however, serves only to create more drama. He needs to cut his losses, stfu, and start winning again. Boxer - Classy, tactful and professional through all of this. Love this guy. Overall, it seems like poor communication, a lack of vulnerability-based trust, and a failure to recognize failures and shortcomings led to all this. They need someone more businesses-minded running teams like this. The players should never feel they can't go to their leaders with any concerns and feelings. In addition to this, it seems like the players were almost neglected to the point where everything boiled over.

Seriously Boxer and Jessica invested a lot of money to get great infrastructure.. Then they get a practice ban and spoiled players like MMA blame her for everything (incl. The shady stuff he did with coach ryu) while not keeping their part of the deal. jessica even exempts them from payment of any money and pays them back and she also agrees to annul the contract if wanted. He misses to annul the contract and blames her for it......... Sorry i dont think anyone with a right mind can excuse this kind of behavior.

And I didnt really know who is at fault... and I am not really sure if my understanding of the whole thing is correct... I just finished reading the phone script. From BoxeR point of view, He thought everything were fine, until suddenly MMA, Ryung & Alicia wanting to leave? And then he is angry with Crank, being captain but did not notify BoxeR about anything...any happening.. Then wanting to leave. Citing injury, then after leaving, wanting to join Foreign team. So BoxeR & Jessica is very upset. But Crank justify, he did speak with Cella about this, try to salvage the situation with alot effort. And BoxeR & Jessica baffled, and realised it all started when Manager J told MMA about his sponser being Forward to BoxeR. Which is actually a false? Since Manager J is the one handling all the sponsorship.. according to Jessica. So , is my understanding correct?

When I look at my mom and dad for example, with 24 they were already married for 4 years, working since they were 16 and they wanted kids of their own. I find it quite difficult to believe that they were still "kids" back then. I guess there are a lot more of these examples. Maybe I don´t see the context here or the korean culture is different but to me, MMA and Crank aren´t "kids" anymore. They are grown up adults.

Choi: Whenever I talk to Jessica, the MMA problem comes up then I lose the confidence to talk. Boxer: You have to endure that. Choi: If I endure that this one time will this all end? Boxer: Yeah, try it. This is a fight to the death. Do you not know her style? What is this "fight to the death" bs? Isn't the smarter person supposed to let go first? Stubbornness is a b*tch.

This is a little "gift" to all the players who stayed and played with IM. Especially, NesTea and MVP will receive top-tier salary. In addition to this, all traveling fees as well as basic fundamental fees will be covered. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=332384
