+9999 No, you disband because you have no $ponsors and half your roster is unmotivated/quit Read again please. Money/sponsors wasn't the issue, motivation was not the issue (I'm quite sure even I can find player motivated to play for Slayers) and results were not the issue. Drama, treason and lack of (honest) communication between the Korean SC2 community are the issue. And yes, Slayers was disbanded because she was butt hurt and had enough basically. Yeah but how can you lift an embargo like that... It was a conspiracy against her and now the conspirator has admitted it too
Well first of all, Slayers was a very successful team under the embargo. Then you don't wait 2 centuries before publicly addressing the issue. You have to openly complain about it to make it stop.

So when do we think the truth about Alicia will come out?

My guess is she didn't want to have to deal with that trickle of shame, she'd rather break up with them first. It did..last year slayers won 2 gstls and got 2nd place in one.. Also they got two gsl titles and beginning this year they had 6 code s players

Stop repeating this nonsense over and over. Just admit that you are sad that MMA doesn't come off squeeky clean in all of this.

It's not as if they are entitled to have other team's pros available as practice partners. Yeah, you have a point. But if you look at the big picture, ESF is killing e-sports or what's left of it. Because they wanted to maintain their monopoly, they almost killed TSL (Coach Lee pulled a miracle out of his ass to save his team imo) and now Slayers - a two time GSTL champion with MMA i.e. Boxer's team. To me, it doesn't matter whether they were morally justified in denying Slayers practice partners. It's just so fucking stupid and petty that I can't even begin to comprehend what goes on in their tiny little brains.

I just feel sorry for poor BoxeR He spent so much time, money and dedication on his team yet the players don't give him half the respect he deserves

The fact that Jessica was putting players in two categories ' GSTL one and non GSTL one" is already fucking wrong. It seems that woman had no idea how to manage a team at all.

You cannot do that in korea and expect to continue. This kind of revelation was possible because jessica is disbanding slayers.

i never liked MMA or SlayerS, but this is still sad news.

I don't think so. I would not want to participate if I was blamed for every loss.
That's not how you motivate a player to do better.

You can't go on running an SC2 team after shitting on basically everyone else in the scene (even if it's justified).

Exactly. At first Slayer dont want to join ESF (yet we all know the fact rich kid dont want to hang out with poor ones), and after a year poor kid got money and the rich kid got cut off financial support. So now the rich kid blame that he has no friend and poor kids dont want to play with him because they are bad and evil?

:/ Well that is certainly not pleasant at all. I hope the players, BoxeR, and Jessica all do well in whatever they decide to do in the future.

Boxer and Jessica had good intentions and they were very productive in process of making them come true. It seems, however, that they spoiled the kids. Jessica is probably egocentric to some degree, but professional gaming is not a child's play. The kids should have appreciated the opportunity more. At least that's what it looks like.. As a Puzzle's fan, I'm disappointed. Really? LoL? LOL!

Obviously the liar doesn't deny that they lied... Is there really a lie or anything, we won't know unless there's legal action taken and we hear from different sides.
Right now, we heard from SlayersJessica, and to me, it sounds like she's willing to take everyone down with her while expressing her feelings for her players as someone who loves them and wants them to do their very best. It's hard to believe this Manager J had such an influence on everyone. It's like he single handedly destroyed Slayers, while at the same time making eSf and the players look like the bad guys.
Looks like I was right.
Can we have all the article links put in the OP? That way it makes it easier for us to read it. There's currently like 80 pages to go through... This thread will probably get up to like 300.
