Apparently money was not the biggest problem (it usually is) but lack of communication and bloody PMS (or was it nervousness the word I was looking for) ruined it all. You don't close the shop because of that, you just fix the damn thing and move on with your life.
Players who want to leave must leave, what's the point of keeping a player against his will, his performance will decrease anyway (MMA case for ex) players who want to stay fucking behave and that's pretty much it. I'm quite sure there are tons of good players who would gladly join a team like Slayers, all of this makes no sense.
You don't disband a successful team because you're butt hurt.
I genuinely think a good staff meeting where everything is discussed honestly by everyone, and peacefully, would easily solve the problems.
I don't think i can agreed with this.
There is a reason why contracts exist in the real world.
It is to prevent issues like what you said. Imagine if everyone can just leave their respective team as they wish, there will be no stability and support for the team It happen in a similar case in the TSL case where Alive left for Fnatic and a shitstorm occured.
Coach Lee trusted Alive that he would remained with TSL without any contract signed. But Alive left because he wished too and Coach Lee regretted.

The good news is once this dies down we won't have to hear from Jessica again.

This girl has been spoiled and never be a team player, in fact he never will. Basically if you got isolated in school, that means you have problem not the whole school. You cant say that 99% of the kids are bad and only your kid is the good boy.
What? Did you even read anything? Do you know anything about jessica and boxer's history? The PLAYERS the one who were the trouble makers MADE BOXER LEAVE THE HOUSE NOT JESSICA. Learn to read and do your research before commenting. Jessica is a strong manager regardless of her dramatic emotions. She has managed much bigger things then a starcraft2 team and never have any of your comments been more WRONG when pertaining to her professionalism so please just shut it and learn your facts before making dumb comments that show your ignorance.

Slayers choose not to join the federation, then they get mad when players from the federation don't want to practice with them?
Then bashing almost all of your current and former players, because she recruited the wrong manager and kept a distance from key team members.
Take some accountability for your actions..... You are doing some real mental gymnastics to somehow make this Jessica's fault uh I never said this was her fault... just pointing out this interview really points out her flaws as a leader. I think you are twisting this too much. If you read the article, it points out that some of these things were out of her reach. You can't account for other peoples' actions especially when the ball isn't in your court. If anything, she deserves more respect for protecting the team and their players. If you don't believe in something, why are you going to join them, especially when they are so quick to turn against you without hearing both sides?
Twisting what? this is one side of the story (hers) which you can clearly see a lack of leadership on her part.
She is basically saying everyone was out to get her and she had no idea why this was happening, which is poor leadership at its core.
Also ripping all your players right when they are going to be looking for jobs is really bad form...

jessica posted a rebuttal on playxp, with conversation records between ganzi and some unnamed player.

Holy crap I actually predicted that a week ago, that they're going to disband withing 6 months. After writing that in twitch chat I was ridiculed for even thinking of it. "Who the hell you think you are, you have no idea".
Apparently I did.
I kinda wonder if/how losing to TL and EG affected their decision tho

The truth is a three edged sword. Jessica saying something, and then LG-IM Coach saying something, itself doesn't prove anything. Not that any particular person is deliberately lying, but because each is telling the truth based on their perception. (There can be lying, intentional and accidental (aka, "miss-spoke"), but there is side 1, side 2, etc, and then there is the truth. Rarely will we ever see the truth as a whole.)
