Slayers choose not to join the federation, then they get mad when players from the federation don't want to practice with them? Then bashing almost all of your current and former players, because she recruited the wrong manager and kept a distance from key team members. Take some accountability for your actions.....

If you read the article, it points out that some of these things were out of her reach. You can't account for other peoples' actions especially when the ball isn't in your court. If anything, she deserves more respect for protecting the team and their players. If you don't believe in something, why are you going to join them, especially when they are so quick to turn against you without hearing both sides?

Yes she can be overly dramatic at times but I have yet to hear her lie with mostly anything when she speaks out especially when its pertained to boxer's career. Most of everything that is said fits and that the players are the main reason this team fell apart because they were ungrateful and selfish brats. Their egos got wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too big for their own good and ended up destroying themselves and the team basically. Anyone who can bash boxer player, team, manager, etc etc etc is in my mind an ungrateful prick. They single handedly destroyed his willingness to want to make a comeback or continue to grow slayers and for that I can never forgive these players. You got me wrong. And actually I'm bashing her because of her ego. I didnt bash Boxer's other players/manager but for Jessica ... I just cant say any good words about her. This girl has been spoiled and never be a team player, in fact he never will. Basically if you got isolated in school, that means you have problem not the whole school. You cant say that 99% of the kids are bad and only your kid is the good boy.

Perhaps the main problem is, Koreans can deal with a woman being the boss? lol, money has been stolen but the problem is a sexist issue.

Reading through all of the translated bits, if anything of the "tone" carries through, it sounds a lot like Jessica's previous behavior in style. She is hurt by the things that have gone on (whatever the truth behind them may be), and is sounding somewhat like a distraught mother speaking to a disappointing child. (With overtones of guilt trip laying.) That may not remotely be the case (native Korean speakers probably can say better) but is the impression I get. It seems like SlayerS was really set up in a "family" sense - BoxeR is dad, Jessica is mom, and all the players are their kids. It was an emotional endeavor - but a professional eSports team is not a family. It is a business. There doesn't seem to be separation between how Jessica feels about things and a dispassionate appraisal of business rules or practices. It would be wonderful if a company can be a family, really, but I don't know of any that have worked in that fashion without actually being a blood related family as well. The players are invested in their careers, but Jessica is invested strongly in the team name and appears to act on that basis - the players should love and revere the team and respect BoxeR and Jessica as the "parents". (There is probably a whole crap load of grey area in this, and it's interpretive, so ymmv.) I have no doubt that Jessica is telling the truth as she sees it. However, a wise old guy played by Sir Alec Guinness did once remark to the effect that truth can be subjective, especially where feelings are involved. From a certain point of view, so to speak. I would be interested in hearing more from the other people involved, but I do not think BoxeR will speak on the matter. And no matter what else people are saying with regards to respecting a person's accomplishment, BoxeR is first and foremost an amazing player, and a great coach. I would not endorse him for CEO of a corporation, though. Don't raise him on a pedestal to be worshiped as an idol - he is still a man. (And if you think people can't yell at a respected person they disagree with, you need to meet people with more interesting family lives. Even Medal of Honor recipients get complaints from their kids about bed time, and from what I see of the SlayerS team structure that isn't necessarily a bad comparison.) Of course, I could be wrong. But we might see, if this unfolds further. Sad day, no matter what the truth is - SlayerS was an institution even in the short time they existed.

But I think it would be foolish to believe Jessica is innocent whle everyone around her is out to get her. So far, Jessica is saying that everyone is awful, players are rebelling and she doesn't understand why. At the very least it's indicative of massive communication problems and at worst, Jessica has her own part in turning everyone against her. This is especially interesting considering Jessica's harsh personality on view during her multiple public outbursts. I'd wait for a second and third opinion as this whole post looks very one-sided.
