Then bashing almost all of your current and former players, because she recruited the wrong manager and kept a distance from key team members.
Take some accountability for your actions..... You are doing some real mental gymnastics to somehow make this Jessica's fault uh I never said this was her fault... just pointing out this interview really points out her flaws as a leader. I think you are twisting this too much. If you read the article, it points out that some of these things were out of her reach. You can't account for other peoples' actions especially when the ball isn't in your court. If anything, she deserves more respect for protecting the team and their players. If you don't believe in something, why are you going to join them, especially when they are so quick to turn against you without hearing both sides? Twisting what? this is one side of the story (hers) which you can clearly see a lack of leadership on her part. She is basically saying everyone was out to get her and she had no idea why this was happening, which is poor leadership at its core. Also ripping all your players right when they are going to be looking for jobs is really bad form... If what she says is accurate then the players don't deserve jobs Yes I'm sure everyone on the team was terrible and she was an angel and the best leader of all time!!!!! happy now? someone must have a crush rofl... you may as well keep your snides to yourself until the whole story unfolds.

BTW, this is no meaning of discussion based on one side story. I was always curious how are other Slayers players' opinions on the whole thing.

Its a competitive sport... if they win they deserve jobs, you really must have it bad for her if you think what she is saying is 100% accurate.

If you hate Jessica so much, why not just leave the fucking thread?
Giving someone the benefit of the doubt because you suspect their emotions are sincere is not the same as having a crush on someone.
Get over yourself.

If what she says is accurate the players seem to've been misleaded. People make mistakes.

Sad sad day for esports
btw, does someone have a clue on the "unforgivable thing" done by Alicia?, That could ruin his progaming career?

honestly let's take a deep look in between the lines.
the source of almost everything here lies with jessica. so regardless of facts, the overall re-occuring pattern here is something wrong with jessica. almost anything that went bad, jessica had a hand in it. and what does she do? she blames everyone else.
her sponsorship manager doesn't add up AT ALL. why would he intentionally want to ruin, literally, his own money? and his own job? him cutting off ties purposefully would then make him lose his job....
there's a reason why there are re-occuring players wanting to leave. it's rarely the atmosphere with the players, but actually the coaches themselves and as we see, jessica is the root cause of it. even before this, there was drama WITH HER and HER ALONE. anyone recall the incident where she tried to sue a person over twitter for a different opinion? if anyone cannot see how she is the source of trouble and drama, you need to open your eyes because this incident was an example of how her actions will inevitably be the same for everything else.

I said she was a poor leader and that does not equal hating someone....
If you think she is a strong leader based on that interview I am interested on hearing why.

I'm quite curious about all the drama with Alicia. Jessica suing him ? It's pretty big deal :o
|
Can't say I'm surprised, their team has gone downhill ever since MMA's skill declined to below code S skill levels. It's kind of what happened to oGs after MC left, they had a lot of pretty good players but they didn't have a top-tier player anymore and their team lost a lot of depth, started to do poorly in teamleagues, and then sort of went into disarray before disbanding.
Wait, what the fuck? CoCa, Puzzle, and Min are going to LoL now? That's pretty shocking, they seemed like they were pretty good at SC2...
Well, I wish their players the best of luck finding new teams and that CoCa, Min, and Puzzle do well in LoL.

Damn the post about all that went wrong is so huge...
What a sad day, so many good memories of slayers. Hope everything turns out the best for everyone.

The manager was clearly a conman. You can blame her for giving him access to important decisions and money, but not for his actions.

Apparently money was not the biggest problem (it usually is) but lack of communication and bloody PMS (or was it nervousness the word I was looking for) ruined it all. You don't close the shop because of that, you just fix the damn thing and move on with your life.
Players who want to leave must leave, what's the point of keeping a player against his will, his performance will decrease anyway (MMA case for ex) players who want to stay fucking behave and that's pretty much it. I'm quite sure there are tons of good players who would gladly join a team like Slayers, all of this makes no sense.
You don't disband a successful team because you're butt hurt.
I genuinely think a good staff meeting where everything is discussed honestly by everyone, and peacefully, would easily solve the problems. I don't think i can agreed with this. There is a reason why contracts exist in the real world. It is to prevent issues like what you said. Imagine if everyone can just leave their respective team as they wish, there will be no stability and support for the team It happen in a similar case in the TSL case where Alive left for Fnatic and a shitstorm occured. Coach Lee trusted Alive that he would remained with TSL without any contract signed. But Alive left because he wished too and Coach Lee regretted.
I'm not saying there shouldn't be a contract, I'm just saying that a contracted player should be released from his contract after everything has been done to fix the issues (and failed), that's the manager's job. If he doesn't want to play for the team he has a contract with then his performance will decrease and he will become a burden for the team both financially and psychologically. The teams are the strongest players, they should act accordingly.

Just wait till the ESF issues a statement which will probably contain collaborations from the people affected, I think they have to in a situation like this.

I don't have any personal interest in Jessica, it'd be nice if you weren't 14 years old and could rely on actual arguments to make a point.
