Its not like he's a teacher and abused her into sex or the kinds of it. No one here does even know the whole story and still jumps on the witch hunt. Also to be fair, its 2012... in my opinion that law is flawed as the overall age for having sex is decreasing. On the side note, if it would be the other way around, it wouldn't be considered a crime at all which is funny. | ||

lol EG are joke, Stephano was just having fun with his friend and it doesnt matter if community doesnt thinks that joke is funny, because it was a private conversation ... They are not a joke, they are businessmen and do whats good for business. I bet Stephano understands this as well and there's no bad blood between them. You see, stupid bandwagons are like explosives: can be very useful for many different purposes, but you need to treat them very carefully. Sometimes it's best not to wait till they start writing mails to your sponsors. | ||

The ability for taking own sexual actions can't be judged by the age alone, but has to be judged for every single case seperately. Being sexually unexperienced doesn't do justice for lacking the ability of taking responsibility for your own sexual actions. That would be 'Statutory Rape' in Germany (Sexueller Missbrauch von Jugendlichen). | ||

There is a small chance that Stephano is that kind of people who are just terrible at joking and making good sense but somehow I doubt it. To Stephano's joke again. It totally lacks the part that would make it funny, that kind of context is totally absent, there is not even a single smiley. And it all ends with Stephano freaking out that the chat was being streamed. Aren't jokes meant to be retold so others can enjoy them? That part shows that Stephano knew exactly that his so called "joke" is not that. On the other hand there is the explanation that totally makes sense why there is no context and why the wording is what it is, because he actually wasn't joking. Of course noone can be 100% sure but how people would assume that he joked is more probable than that he didnt is beyond me. And now to your answer to the other guys post. What the tweet has to do with the fact that the Stephano's joke totally lacks context that would make it funny? One more thing. I also find it funny that though you dont get Stephano's joke yourself you are somehow sure it is one and if people dont see it as a joke you call them so the complication only happens because people are dumb aren't you one of the dumb then? | ||

Do you have any evidence Stephano had sex with a girl in France who was 14 years old, and whose age he didn't make a reasonable effort to determine beforehand (applicable in French cases as corroborated by earlier posters)? If you do, shouldn't you be talking to the Police nationale instead of TL? | ||
