Circumstantial evidence at best and you would need to find the girl, get evidence that they indeed had sex and press charges. No sane court would accept this case on the basis of that jpeg alone. | ||

I mean the righteousness that some people shown is so pathetic i wanna puke. There are so many bad things with this world that should be looked upon that a statement like stephano's should totaly be ignored. This that would make the "victim" get money are inflated a lot and is sickening. Just 1 or 2 expamples. ... when a "mother" sues Nutella because thier commercial made the product look healthy and that's the reason she feed it to her children non stop and WINS. When a afro-american friend of mine types "nigger" to another friend of his and gets banned in a game because he was racist, when women sue a man for just asking her out it's sad. When there are so many sick people that need medicine , there are so many starving people that need food , there are so many TRUELY abused people, there are so many drug dealers that just poison the mental health of our young comunity , when there is so much evil in this world, when there are so many who KILL OUR PLANET , the word genocide fades when you have in mind 6 billion human souls. Why do we have to punish a teenager for beeing horny ?. This can go on but what's the point . Oh and how many girls do you know that had sex before 16/18 or what ever is the LEGAL age in your COUNTRY  | ||
