Streaming time - quote from the contract: 150 hours per month, unless having a series of training events or trips to StarCraft II tournaments. We are all humans, we are not forcing the players to stream 4 hours a day.
Streaming ad-revenue: Thanks to strategic partnership with Twitch, players living in the house still can earn more money from ad-revenue than they normally could, Fuzer didn't even had any partnership before that. 150 hours per month is 5 hours a day.... He meant their players can do 20 hours one day, rest 3 days lolol.
Too bad they are not KeSPA players, who have 8 days a week. That would help so much.

Contracts should be signed beforehand. That was a problem to begin with to encourage players to keep their end of the bargain in the first place. All that time wasted.

I doubt these kind of laws exist in Poland but I have no idea.

And yeah, not to mention Fuzer would probably never get any ad revenue from Twitch, since he would not get the standar requirements for partnership, so whining about having to share revenue with MoW is pretty silly here.

wouldnt fuzer just post the full context refund/war chat if it would help him?

This is getting worse, are actually quoting yourself saying "if you start a war you are not getting your money back", thats what you saying becaouse you are using the word OR. You are offering 2 options. You are not guaranteing his money back.

the thing is that they didn't want to give him his money back, they only offered him back when he said he would make it public.

They do, and besides normal situations, they are completely insane when it comes to woman with children. Basically impossible to evict anyone unless you yourself get them another place to live.

Civilized manner? Than you suddenly complain that Fuzer never cleaned his room and was acting 'childish'.
I don't know if Fuzer or you is looking worse here, but both parties did a lot of things wrong and don't seem very professional.

The only mistake here was having him live there, before having him sign the contract.

Ouh god, are you six? That skype conversation is pretty nice. Hour 16+. So like 2 hours after Fuzer statement on facebook: "Back in finland, time to start writing a story how MoW house stealed my money "
So... save the nice words. DesRow talk is worth nothing since hes in MoW for few days and here for free... So he have to say few sweet. Worth SHIT!
Fuzer got ritght! FIGHT!!

i didnt know about fuzer before, but i think he will have 4x more viewers now

I don't even know why streaming is included in the contract, streaming is not how you improve at the game.

How exactly is a prohibition on 10 years of staying in another gaming house legally enforceable? I would have been interested to see your lawyer's opinion on that ridiculous clause.

War isn't the best word to use either. It's very hostile and I don't see the problem with having the Manager speak for himself rather than using another agency to publish a story as your PR.
Like what the hell man.

[11.9.2012 12:42:11] Samuli "Fuzer" Romppanen: as you said i didnt sign it [11.9.2012 12:42:17] Boss: So I don't have your money [11.9.2012 12:42:32] Boss: Do you have any confirmation?

It's downright impossible to have a tenant evicted in a fast manner. It takes anywhere from months to long years, depending on the circumstances. I do not think MoW members are (legally) tenants, however.
