I haven't even seen any evidence for the house being "balling". and btw: Show nested quote +According to current MoW house resident desRow, Fuzer's description of certain details of the contract, including a 10-year non-compete clause and streaming quotas, are accurate. “The prohibition of competition page is a bit sketchy, but I think it just needs to be reworded,” he said. How can you be oblivious enough to still sign that when it's clearly BS? Needs to be reworded BEFORE you sign it Oo It looked really nice. Right, there's a rental fee and some of that fee is subsidized by streaming revenue. Guess what? If you don't like it, then don't live there. This is a privately-run house.

I honestly would like to know more about food and sleeping arrangements, are people like Ret buying their own food and cooking it or is everyone getting the same meal or are some people getting more food than others or are some people resorting to eating out? For sleeping arrangements, have anyone else complained about noise, lights, atmosphere?

If you want any favorable public opinion at all you should be as transparent as possible. This information and more should have been posted on your website and in the ESFI article.

ESFI: Fuzer paid to MoW 5,000 Polish Zloty (about 1,200 euros - the fee for a two-month stay at the MoW house). Krupowies showed ESFI a Skype log that had him offering Fuzer the refund of the second month’s fee, but that Fuzer declined to accept it.
What now? Do you publish the content of the contract or do you not? (As in you published that his monthly cost was ~600€)
Hahhaha.

Now that was a very helpful chat log for the situation that helps bring more light to what is/was going on. Seems to have been offered after Fuzer decided to go public with all this. So in a way it was not offered voluntarily but under the expectation of bad press, and this could be seen as an attempted buyout which Fuzer denied. Correct me if I'm wrong on this MoW. According to times in the skypelog both fuzer's and mow's, it was couple of hours before the thread popped up.

Following concerns:
1) I have no idea why they decided to include a 3rd party website in the whole matter, especially it wasnt invloved in the problem at all. They have a house manager that can't speak for himself?
2) "Krupowies showed ESFI a Skype log that had him offering Fuzer the refund of the second month’s fee, but that Fuzer declined to accept it. "
That is written to sound as Fuzer declined intentionally to cause drama later. I think we should be shown the screenshot of the conversation, to see if the refusal to take money was made before or after Fuzer said he is going to describe the story in public.
3) "According to current MoW house resident desRow, Fuzer's description of certain details of the contract, including a 10-year non-compete clause and streaming quotas, are accurate. "
That basically confirms everything Fuzer said.
4) “The prohibition of competition page is a bit sketchy, but I think it just needs to be reworded,” he said.
Again, that confirms that the part of the contract is probably worded poorly, which makes it so that the player can't join any gaming house, not only as a coach (at least that's what Fuzer was worried about, and as they try to avoid direct answer, I guess it is the truth).
5) Interview with Desrow, who just arrived this week (correct me if I'm wrong, but he won the 3 month free of charge stay so I don't think you can take his opinion as objective atm, especially after such a short stay) is just strange and I have no idea why it was included at all here. This is, again, not a problem between Desrow and MoW, but between Fuzer and MoW.
He only confirmed another part of Fuzers story about the food.
6) Nothing mentioned about drunken parties ending at 4am.

Not really when he comes to him after he decided to tell everybody about MoW's shady practices.

We didn't wanted to start the flame war but to complete this in civilized manner. Fuzer was reprimanded more than 10 times, about cleaning his room, keeping the gaming room clean, nothing helped. We have decided that we will sign the contract as soon as possible so we can enforce the house rules on him, but he declined. He declined second time.
Streaming time - quote from the contract: 150 hours per month, unless having a series of training events or trips to StarCraft II tournaments. We are all humans, we are not forcing the players to stream 4 hours a day.
Streaming ad-revenue: Thanks to strategic partnership with Twitch, players living in the house still can earn more money from ad-revenue than they normally could, Fuzer didn't even had any partnership before that.

Fuzer was offered the money back after he said in his facebook page that he is going to write this story. He chose not to take the money and write this.

The whole or do you want to start a war doesn`t sound very professional either.
But you are right there is a lot missing without the rest of the log.

Stop it seriously...I try to study for my exam and now you guys decide to have a big drama thread... So much more interesting than my studies... =)
