Basically impossible to evict anyone unless you yourself get them another place to live. Oh god, I hope the other people who are staying there read this thread. Maybe invite a couple of romani friends over.

Teamliquid is supposed to be the good guys above all this shit. You just can't be part of this when the manager is what it is and the way they're threating some players.

You are offering 2 options. You are not guaranteing his money back. I didn't have much of an opinion before reading this MoW post. I can't believe someone trying to be professional and in a position of power would say that... MoW sounds like I did when I was 15. This just makes me sad. So tired of crap like this.

If you don't like it, then don't live there. This is a privately-run house. It would make sense if the conditions met the sum. They clearly don't, even desrow who doesn't even pay doesn't jump from joy apparently. The let him come there under the impression they would renegotiate and change parts of the contract and required him to make his lawyer forward them a legal license after? Really? Fuck, I worked for a multi million dollar business and had a pretty tight NDA/NCC and even those guys didn't care whether I provided that about my lawyer. Much less some random private business in Poland. It's far from common practice and just an obstructive tactic around Europe. It's not only about "take it or leave it". It's much more about what they're doing with people who have no idea what they're really getting into due to lack of experience with this kind of thing. Is it generally reasonable to run this as a business with this kind of business model? Sure. Is the conduct they display in any ways a reflection of this kind of thing being done in a reasonable, agreeable way? Absolutely not.

They say they have a skype convo of fuzer refusing the money back, but they don't show it, whereas Fuzer shows concrete evidence that they wouldn't refund him. Desrow mentioned that the 10 year rule of not getting into another team house is accurate which is completely ridiculous. Just seems like an unproffessional and sketchy organization People reading what they want to read, zzz. Desrow said the streaming and the ability to not create their own team house after 10 years is accurate. MoW also provided part of the skype chat where they offered to give him the money. Which is what everyone asked for but now its apparently not enough.

my impression is that ministry of win might well be a good place for progamers to practice at (as ret and titan say), but i've my doubts whether it's any thanks to the mow administration rather than the players themselves.

Last time he came to me with the money he threw them at me and said "This is the money for my stay". Furthermore we would like to state, that the Ministry of Win Contract Agreement has been created with the cooperation of the original five guests of the house. It took us two weeks of intense collaboration to ensure that the final document is the most convenient for both the players themselves and us. In light of numerous violations of the house rules and a general lack of respect towards both fellow residents and the staff of Game Zone Sp. z o.o. (L.L.C.) as of yesterday (11th September 2012) Fuzer has been asked to leave the house. An amicable solution could have not been reached although such has been proposed. Lol. We'll give you your money back if you don't say anything. If you say something, we won't give you your money back. Good Job MoW. This statement makes you look so good LOL

A three-bedroom apartement in the Warsaw still goes for 1000€...I could live on my own in the generally more expensive Germany on 600€ without any problems. That would have to be one kickass house. I'm talking jacuzzi. If pros pay that price it is okay. Supply and demand....
