What an amazing OP. I couldn't check them all but I loved those I saw.

Sometimes you get a bit disenchanted with the game, and then this kind of stuff reminds you that there was real passion poured in it by the devs (and the community mapmakers!).

"Au Crédit à Picole", not sure how to translate that, "crédit" means "credit" (herp :D), "picole" is a familiar term for drinking alcohol.
"Voyez la vie en rouge" means "see life in red". In French seeing life in pink means having a good outlook on life, being optimistic, and "rouge" is a common contraction of "vin rouge" (red wine).

"Crédit Irresponsable Interstellaire" means Irresponsible Interstellar Credit.
"La reprise est déjà là" the (economic) upturn is already here.
This one made me giggle.
