If this was in Norway, she would be charged with "Theft of identity" where you can be changed with fines, or up to three years in prison. And in Sweden frape is considered a form of hacking/cracking (I'm sure it would be the same case for twitter) and you can be charged with daily fines, or up to two years in prison.

The Destiny haters would settle for nothing less than him losing another team, and larger in the hopes of him leaving starcrarft and gaming. a Pity really. I recognise that one doesn't need to to shit on others to have a "personality" but at the same time, I don't want every single gamer to have the same type of personality. Plainly put, I like Destiny as he is, and I wouldn't change a thing. It's a pity that sponsor pressure cost him his job at a team again. I find him brutally honest, truthful to himself and others, and even loud mouthed. And thats a good thing. I do watch him from time to time and he's good to watch, entertaining (which is his job!), and plays good starcraft. As for this nude photo, dick, etc etc... what a crap shoot really. LADIES: Guys will be guys, and if we have one photo of a nude girl that wants to sleep with us, OF COURSE we are going to show it to our friends. What, you send pictures to a guy you met on the internet, but don't expect 2 or 3 people to see it? GUYS: We all know you have a good sized dodger and you like showing it off. However, for your own safety and peace of mind, don't send a picture of your dodger to people who might be in a position to exploit you. AND make sure you DON't TELL your PASSWORDS to anything. That said - shame on Bluetea for escalating the issue from litterally 2 teammates in a private chat seeing your picture, to flipping it around and showing one's bollocks on the internet, publicly for all to see. I know women think that esclation is fair, but it is not. Showing his johnson to 2 of your girl friend is equal and fair. Not 30k+ people. That said. Bluetea forgot one major thing. When ones actions costing an individual nearly everything - they no longer have anything left to lose. You have nothing left to take. That's when despair and hate kicks in. And Bluetea should have thought of this when taking her actions. If you cost someone their job - expect reprocussions. Which leads me to what Destiny should do next: I think he should just post Bluetea's naked picture across every amateur porn site there is, as well as all the social media sites that can allow hot linking to it. Lastly. If you do not like a players personality or attitude or language - turn it off, or change the channel. You CHOSE to watch the program. Nothing else needs to be done. If you want to protest a player - identify yourself as the accuser. They should be able to respond to you directly. The internet allows for anonymity, and when applied to teenagers with no life experience and very little moral compass, actions become far to severe far too quickly. If you do not agree with the previous paragraph then I encourage you to wield your mighty internet sword and "EVERY SINGLE TIME you see something you do not like - email the producers, the commercials, everyone to voice your displeasure. A TV program? Record down the commercials shown during the break and send emails of your discontent to those companies. Bus driver too slow? }Take down the name of the commercial advert on the side of the city bus, and pop them an email letting them know the driver pissed you off. Don't like a motorsport that takes up a full channel? Take down all those sponsor logo's on the side of all the cars and motorcycles, and email them all. Movie at the theatre not to your expectation? Email the theatre chain, the producers of the movie, and don't forget the commercial sponsors at the start of the film. Don't like cats? You should email all the pet food suppliers and tell them to stop making cat food. Now we see how far it really can go............

You finally end up in the team that most fits your personality (and tolerates it) and then you go and do something that would force even that team to drop you. Oh dear, oh dear.

It's like every time I hear something about him it's more ridiculous then before. I wont speak for anyone else but the only kind of reaction it gets out of me is a hearty "lol" and a shake of the head. For the people that want to blame some arbitrary group of people they label as "Destiny Haters" you should really wise up. He did this to himself. How many times does a person have to shove their own foot in their mouth before they learn to respect other people on a basic level? All the drama and all the 'problems' that he has had stem from the fact that he has no respect for anyone and holds himself on some kind of pedestal. IDK maybe that's why some people like him, but I can't take people like that seriously no matter what they do.

stand behind him this time. these things will definitely not happen again. also destiny should try to sue this girl. sharing pics in private is one thing but steal someone's account and twitter dick-pics to the world is a criminal act. while i can understand her rage, she went much too far.

Sure, some stuff happened in his personal life, but that had nothing to do with his job (a professional doesn't have to be professional outside his job). You could point out the various rude things (etc) he's said along the line... but that sorta thing is part of WHY he is popular... essentially its part of his job (Because if you stream and everyone watches you for the snidy remarks and rude comments etc... then isn't doing that being professional?). It seems to me that you personally don't like his stream, so you want him gone. So no, no un-professionality here. Ergo, no reason to (in a rather pathetic manner) contact the sponsors.

The community is not here to cover up for your inability like a professional Yeah right, let us all turn professional players into colourless figures that are well mannered and type GG every time. They shouldnt talk about private stuff, only should talk about the game. I guess NOBODY is happy with that. People want drama and want to know more about the players than just about their results. I like people with personality much more than shadeless people who appear as robots. I like people as stephano (even though he is a arrogant dick in laddergames sometimes), MC, marineking, destiny, and idra. You guys dont get that consequences this kind of stuff has. If people are pitchforking the sponsors because of a misbehavior of a player, players will stop showing any personality at all. They will appear as robots because they are afraid of punishment. I like emotions in sports and i like emotions in esports. I like it when idra doesnt GG if he doesnt feel like it. Some people hate or love him for doing that. And people also want the players to talk their mind and not just meaningless stuff that doesnt offend anyone. If you keep msging the sponsors, you will take away a big part of what makes esports interessting. You know what the key difference between players like MC, marineking, Idra, Stephano and Destiny is? MC, marineking, idra and Stephano ARE ACTUALLY GOOD AT STARCRAFT. They're professional PLAYERS. They have results to prove it. Destiny is not the 'Dennis Rodman' or 'Ron Artest' of Starcraft 2. He's more like a fan with season tickets that bitches and whines on the sidelines. Or a beer league baller that's a big basketball fan that can do one dunk. If I were to be really, really charitable, he would be Bill Simmons without the talent or writing ability. Destiny is more of a fun, expendable personality than an actual player. He makes money from interacting and trolling the community, not from actually playing it well. If you want to compare the value of 'personalities' of players like Destiny, compare him to Combatex.
